Spentshells Avis 30

I bought various Christmas presents having found Spentshells on Instagram. Beautiful products, ideal very different presents for a sooting family. Beautifully presented and after the first box was opened everyone got very excited if they saw the logo 😀

I ordered a shell bracelet as a birthday present, when it arrived it was different to what had been ordered. I sent an e mail which took some time to get a response, the reason for it was stated “lambing” I was told on the 21st April another would be sent to me and would be the correct colour as the order received was incorrect, I sent proof of my order. No replacement was received no response from my email asking where to send the wrong one back to. I raised with PayPal and have received a refund, to be honest I would rather have had the correct bracelet. Today I’ve received an e mail saying order complete????

Excellent quality, great service and quick delivery. Wanted something a little different and found this on Etsy . I wasn’t disappointed, excellent workmanship and unique.

I've had a few different items from Spentshells and have to say I absolutely love them great quality & excellent customer service. Also really good for gifts for people, I sent Sarah a couple of spent cartridges from my friends first time clay shooting and had them made into a knecklace & bracelet such a lovely keepsake gift which I know she will cherish forever. Spentshells definately get a 10/10 from me.

Stunning Products
I wanted to replace some feather wreaths that were old and found this company. Communication excellent they were so helpful. Ordered 2 wreaths and they are just stunning, really well made, brilliant service. Highly recommend.

I met Sarah at the Stalking Show and I brought along the rifle shell from my first-ever deer.
She was so friendly and I asked her to make a necklace. It arrived quickly and I absolutely love it, a beautiful memento.

I ordered a white feathered door wreath. To replace one I had bought 5 years ago. Soo happy with it. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Cannot fault it. Much better than my original one! Fantastic customer service, friendly approach to check if I needed assistance but in no way pushy. Ordered two items at the weekend and received them on the following Thursday. One is a Father's Day gift, it's handmade, it comes in a lovely box and is very reasonable too. I know already that he will love it!

Absolutely love my Hen Feather Wreath. Up all year round. So much so i went back for the Mixed Frizzle Wreath. Really like the eco byproduct element to the business. Less products going to landfill the better. Sarah is super friendly and happy to answer any questions. Packaging is gorgeous and super fast delivery.

Beautiful items that are equally beautifully packaged. The attention to detail is amazing and the presentation is gorgeous. Most of the packaging is recyclable or reusable too. I love it when things come in pretty boxes!
