Drone crashed, refund declined !
Crushed my drone while under the control of the Spexi app.
Drone collided with the building and was lost somewhere inside the building or on the multiple roofs.
Customer support refusing to compensate my loses and blame me insted.
Be aware when you use your expensive equipment, that no one cares about it, except you. Paying penny on the dollar for the work and risk you take. Company makes money risking nothing !
Not worth it !
I joined because of the tech and because I am a drone enthusiast.
Now planning to take legal actions against the company.
