Established in 1979 as a manufacturing jeweller, S.P. Green became one of the first manufacturing jewellers to open as a retail shop within Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter. The Green family now have four retail shops, three in the Jewellery Quarter and more recently the new branch in the City of Bath.

Flawless from start to finish
From start to finish the quality of service and attentiveness, to my bespoke ring design, was flawless. Jake is very personable and an asset to the business; all communication was first rate and couldn't do more to allay any design concerns I had through the process. The finished ring was exactly what I had described and demonstrated the craftsmanship and finesse of a high quality jewellers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend S.P Green & Co. in Bath to anyone.

Great customer service and honest…
Great customer service and honest communication. There are 3 stores in Jewellery Quarter - so this review is reflective of one of the stores. We visited a few months ago after visiting just one other store. We decided not to visit too many shops and the strategy worked. Jacqui served us who was friendly, patient and gave us some great advice. We really appreciated the customer service, speed of having the rings re-sized and also polished. I have experience of jewellery shopping from when I bought the engagement ring (A different non SP Green store) and I couldn't give that 5 stars. But with SP Green, we can definitely give top marks. We'll definitely recommend them to our friends, family and work colleagues.

I would like to thank Elaine and Jess for all their help and advice in choosing an eternity ring. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and went to the other shop to find me a ring that would match my engagement ring. . My husband and I were so impressed with the service, as at no time we were put under pressure to buy!!
My ring is now being made just for me, and I am so looking forward to receiving it soon ... thank you :) x
