Snail mail is faster than this company….

From the time the order was placed till the time the order was shipped was extremely long, especially since it says on the site 2-5 business days to arrive from purchase. Well it was purchased last Friday but order wasn’t placed out for shipping until yesterday being Wednesday night. So now that’s 2-5 days longer I have to wait for my order to be delivered. So all and very frustrating and horrible. I know other small businesses that hand make products that are a lot nicer and more transparent to work with. Next time I want something like the product I’ll go to hobby lobby and get the supplies to make it myself! Faster and easier and way cheaper. Since I can make multiples in lot shorter time frame.

Hi Travis, we’re really sorry this felt frustrating and unclear.

We reviewed your order and the product had a 3–5 business day lead time. Since the order was placed Friday evening, the first business day was Monday, and the seller shipped within that window. USPS shows it was delivered on May 11.

That said, we understand how the timing could have been confusing, especially if it looked like 3–5 business days meant total delivery time from purchase. Spicerack is a marketplace, so sellers ship directly and lead time can be separate from carrier transit.

We appreciate the feedback and we’ll use it to make our shipping timelines clearer.

When mentioned that the item I wanted hadn't been added, from their old store, The Crafty Hedonist added it with in a couple hours. The item is heavy construction and excellent quality.

Amazing staff, great selection.

Very responsive staff and shockingly good market managers for the... less widely accepted products of our world's cultures. Frankly, a breath of fresh air from all of the mass-produced stuff as both a buyer and seller. Really easy and reliable to use as a seller, really responsible and reassuring as a buyer.

Spicerack is a great site and very responsive

Spicerack is both what Etsy used to be and then better. While mostly focusing on Adult products, Spicerack makes selling goods easy. They have been extremely responsive to the few bugs and issues that have cropped up in the first year of operation. Other sites took months to fix if ever. They have also added a few things sellers requested to make it easier on the sellers. And as for customers, I know my customers have been happy so far.
And the selection for customers continues to grow.
Highly recommend.
