I only signed up here under the guise that they had a speedy withdrawal process. Don’t be fooled; I requested an Interac withdrawal yesterday afternoon, expecting to receive it early evening at the latest.

It is the following business day and the transaction is still pending with no insight from staff. If you ask for a timeframe they copy and paste a generic message like robots. Who knows when (or if) I’ll even get my winnings, which btw were chopped down from ~400 eur to 150 eur after I completed the welcome bonus which is apparently capped at 10x.

Long story short: there are far better options for casinos that have instant withdrawals, among other things.

Das Unternehmen dahinter betreibt ein paar andere Casinos, welche bisher nicht gross negativ auffielen. (keine ungelösten Beschwerden bei AskGamblers zB).

Hatte etwas Glück und den Mindestbetrag (20 Euro) nach Umsetzung bei etwas über 100 Euro. KYC erfolgt modern automatisch ohne Wartezeit, leider muss Withdrawal danach offenbar manuell freigeschalten werden, was aber innert Stunden Montagmorgen geschah.

Eine der Auszahloptionen nennt sich "schnelle Bank Auszahlung" und ich erwarte bei keinem eine Auszahlung in 1 Stunde. Wenn man dies aber als "schnell" bezeichnet finde ich es etwas unglücklich das nach 2 Tagen nichts geschah. Im Chat kommt ein nichtssagender Textbaustein, auch schade. Man fährt als Casino eine teure Bonusaktion, ist relativ unbekannt und dann schafft man es nicht bei Dingen wo kein Geld kosten (engagierter Service) potenzielle Kunden positiv zu überraschen.
Schade auch das man in den aussergewöhnlich langen AGB keine Angabe zu Bearbeitungszeiten findet, auch in den FAQ nicht.

In den Bonusbedingungen ist noch geregelt, das Auszahlungen aus Freispielen auch bei Einzahlungsboni auf 50 Euro limitiert sind, was leider ein aussergewöhnlich niedriger Wert ist und anderswo mindestens 100 Euro beträgt. Hier wäre eine Regelung analog zum % Bonus (x10 Bonus) sicherlich fair. Man hat mehrere Slots für die Freispiele zur Auswahl, einer davon ist "Fruit Zen" wo Spins zu 1 Euro warten, während bei den anderen beiden Slots normale Werte von 10 cent sind. Ich hoffe sehr, dies ist nur ein Fehler wo nicht auffiel, andernfalls "gewinnt" man zB hunderte Euro mit diesen Spons, setzt tausende Euro um und erhält anschliessend 50 Euro. Derartige Praktiken kennt man nur von unseriösen Akteuren im Markt.

Update: Auszahlung wurde nach 3 Geschäftstagen bearbeitet. Da es ein neues Casino ist würde ich mal hoffen, das man hier noch meine Punkte optimiert und das "Schnelle IBAN" entweder umsetzt oder das Wort schnell entfernt :)
