They stole my money and don’t wont to help me

Well I’m not real sure just yet. . . I’ve been playing on this app off and on for about 2 months and I just recently downloaded it again. I’ve deposited small amounts a couple different times and it’s been okay. The first time I got up to about $50 and played it all back. Today I deposited $9.99 and I got up to $107 and I decided to try and redeem. First off, I had to bind my email ( nothing new ) and then I redeemed and here’s the kicker, it’s gonna cost me over $10 to redeem. Why?? I already made a deposit of $9.99. So it’s going to cost me over $20 to redeem $107.00. Yeah. And I don’t know if I am even gonna receive it. They said up to 7 Days. 7 DAYS to get what I won. It did not take 7 days to make a deposit. That’s what I really REALLY do not like so far. So if I do get my $97 redemption I will give another Star or 2. But until then I’ll be leaving it at 2. The reason for the 2-Star review is because of the excessive amount to redeem. Why does there have to be a fee? And Why so much? Now if I get it today I will sort of understand but not fully when I have made several different deposits and I did not charge you a fee to take money from me. I’m still waiting. . . Be back as soon as I receive my redemption.

Downloaded the app started playing before I knew it was up to 1700$ went to redeem only can redeem 500$ at a time so did one waited 20min did another one waited both of them said success came back 3 hrs later was told there system made a mistake

The cashout process says 7 days but it really only rook me about an hour atmost to paypal i withdrew $50.64 and used a 100% off coupon so i recieved the full amount the reason i gave 4 of 5 stars is due to the redemption fee if no coupons are available they wanted something like 10% but otherwise its all smooth and wonderful mainly due to speed of transactions

Honestly I only put 4.99 into the casino and won about 100 but I cashed out at 56 dollars and I thought it would take 7 days but it showed up in my PayPal like an hour later this literally happened yesterday I love this game.

Been two weeks and still not been reimbursed by these scammers. 5 times i have explained to them the problem and they just delete the messages and ask me again what the problem is. 5 times they have done this now. Showed them proof 5 times and STILL nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Their slots dont work their poker is jacked as you lose every hand. These people are straight criminals.
