AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered a 5 in 1 vegetable grater and paid $40aud but when it went through PayPal I was charged $74usd and the product I received was not what I ordered. I have tried to get a refund but they only offered me $6 and will not follow their return policy on their website. I even sent them the policy but they ignore any questions I ask. I have tried to return the package personally as there was an address on the shipping label but the place was completely vacant. I have reported them to the ACCC.

Ordered a spiral grater on Dec 27 and the invoice said $31.98. It took about 3 weeks for my order to arrive, but a different product got sent. I contacted SpiralHappy to ask for a full refund including return shipping costs. First the offered a total of $5, then $8, and after more emailing back and forth, they offered to (maybe) pay the full amount after arrival of the product in China and me paying for the shipping costs. I decided to dispute the charges just to find out that instead of $31.98, they charged my credit card $39.98.

This is the worst experience I've had ever buying something online. I ordered a retro gameboy and the item i got was not what I ordered at all. I tried to return it and they said they'll only give me 6 dollars, I said no I paid 35. They said okay 9. I said no that's a 26% loss why would I accept that for an item i didn't order nor does it work? Everyday for a week and a half (1 message a day) I would explain to them your return policy states I can get a refund, why have a policy if u dont follow it. U just make ur own rules as u go? its supposed to be satisfaction guarenteed, and advertised great customer service and I didn't get any of that. I asked for a number I can call to speak to someone instead of 1 reply a day hoping to speed up the process and they avoid the question. I asked for an address to send it back they avoid that too and told me just take the 9 dollars. I continuously asked why can't I get a full refund and they avoided the question too. I lost out on 35 which is a bit if you're in the US since everything is expensive, for a product I didn't get or works and no ine is willing to help except give me 9 dollars. I regret buying anything at all. The products are temu or wish quality. Don't even bother. They're a scam, they don't even have social media which I should have known better and definitely learned my lesson.

Ordered their Blind date package. 2 of them. Waited 1.5 months to receive them. When I did receive them, they were the wrong genre, the books weren't books, but similar to cliff notes. I contacted them and they offered me $6.00 and said I hope this will make you happy. Stay far away from this company

I ordered 'Blind Date with a Book - Thriller' which I paid over $35 for on December 1st from Spiral Happy and after 6 weeks, I received stuff worth $1.99 at the most and a pamphlet in regards to a Nicholas Spark book. I have pictures to prove it.
This was a Christmas gift! I'm too embarrassed. I wouldn't give this to a homeless person!! I will never order from Facebook or any commercials from unknown companies again!! I will spend more money and buy from Amazon!!

Total scam. Buyer beware, they do not send you what you actually ordered, and then when emailing them back about it, they ask you for photos of the product and then tell you "we checked with our warehouse, and the product is correct" and that it is too expensive to return. Don't fall into their supposed cheap prices, what I bought was blind date with a book and it came out to be about $70CAD. I was ok with the price since I thought I'll atleast get 2 books from it, well NOPE! I basically paid $70 for some stickers, and 2 movie pamphlets that are 8 pages long. They're a fraud/scam company. They also delete any negative reviews from their website. Please do not fall for this company.

I received my order today (Radar Detector). It was such a disappontment what I got was a piece of rubbish, just a waste of an envelope posting it. Silly me but I will not be caught again with this outfit, as I will never ever buy anything from them again. If they said it was free I would not accept it.

I ordered the Book Lover's Advent Calendar which was a TOTAL waste of $30.92 😡 The items to be placed into each pocket were complete pieces of trash that had nothing to do with books. The items looked like the garbage that comes in a plastic egg out of one of those penny/dime machines! I literally opened the envelope and immediately threw the entire order in the trash!! Will NEVER again!! 😡😡

I ordered what was adertised as a Radar Detector and what I received is a cheap plastic blinking led light! When I comlained they told me that according to their records they sent me the right thing ! This place is a major rip off, stay far far away!

Instead of the ordered expensive item, an item with a completely non-existent price is sent. A classic scam - you get a worthless item instead of your goods.

Absolutely waste of money, they sent me something different from what ive paid for and wont take responsibility. Be warned! Avoid at all cost!!

Spiralhappy delivery never arrived, there was a gap in handover from international shipper to local (Finland) carrier. There was no way for me as customer to track delivery in Finland, or claim it. Despite many emails, Spiralhappy is failing utterly to understand the situation, and now aggressively wants me to pay for delivery cost + package itself. They are not respecting any contracts, refund policies, online shopping laws and regulations.

Do not EVER buy articles from SPIRALHAPPY.COM because they make you UNHAPPY !

Same thing happen to me ( reiner van der Sandt), I ordered .... long Range RADAR DETECTOR.....but received a "solar powered car anti-theft device"

This is not the original "Anti-planner"
It's a poorly made cheap copy of the original anti-planner, not the one in the pictures. Arrived already damaged, poor paper quality, horrible printing and lots of misspells. Paid 20€ of this what I could've printed even myself with better quality. They also keep deleting bad reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to lose your money to the scammers.

Ero convinta di aver acquistato da un sito americano.
Mi è arrivata dalla Cina, pazienza, nulla di contrario in questo, tuttavia il packaging era il minimo indispensabile e l'anti-planner, seppur bello nel contenuto, è tutto sgualcito e piegato.
Siccome non costa poco, pensavo che si prendessero cura un pochino di più dell'imballaggio.

This is not the original anti-planner.
Cheap copy, seems like Temu.
Arrived very damaged and poorly packaged.
So annoyed with myself for not looking into the company first.
