Sent the wrong order but good communication and i got to keep the wrong original sent and received the correct one in a matter of days.
Any one can make a mistake and they where quick to sort it out.

Long Delivery Time
Order took over 2 weeks to arrive with little communication. Clothes are ok, not great quality but this is reflected in the price. Not sure I would rush to order again.

Awful service
Ordered some joggers almost 2 weeks ago they were quick to take the money from my account yet they aren't quick to provide you with any information to do with your order haven't received any emails, not a tracking number not order comfirmation email. Don't order from here not worth the stress.

Shocking delivery time
Ordered on 29/12 after reading delivery would be 5 working days and it still hasn't arrived, with the expectation of delivery on the 16/01. I needed this for an event which has now been and gone.

I spoke with a lovely CS rep called Dean who sorted out my missing order, he organised for my order to be sent again as a priority and they came last week and I love the quality of them and I will 100% be buying from this company again. Great products! Thanks again Dean for the wonderful service 😄
