Well its was all rather troublesome at first. The yellow t/shirt arrived eventually but it was huge,the green hulk might have got in it. Sent back the shirt asking for a smaller one.When the parcel arrived it was now orange and huge again. I told then I was not paying again for a mistake of theirs.I do believe some personal went on holiday leave and Dean took over to cover and BINGO I got the size I was asking for,I was over the moon.He was understanding ,pleasant, and a joy to purchase from, you need a few more personnel like him.I would hire him,,uses his brain, he's gold.Hope this helped. Not had my items and no reply to emails or Facebook messages

Absolutely great - first lot I bought were too small but the return was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The replacements I ordered had an error (was sent wrong size) and the company dealt with it brilliantly - sending out the correct size, and a free gift as an apology. Also didn’t need to send the wrong one back so my mum got them! Would definitely recommend!

WHERES MY ITEM? said it was meant to arrive yesterday, I’ve already contacted Parcel2Go who can’t provide info as it’s not updated on their end.
SPLASHY haven’t replied to me yet either!

Ive ordered a few times off splashy+ The clothes are a breath of fresh air for a plus size girl from the usual frumpy oversized ugly clothes marketed towards overweight people these t shirts are always bang on trend and amazing quality. I ordered 4 t shirts which were sent with Evri and they lost my parcel, I dropped Splashy a DM on instagram after 10 days of waiting and within the hour they had posted out my 4 t shirts again and threw in an extra one as a free gift even though it wasn’t their fault! DPD then messed me around with that parcel so the team at splashy chased them up for me and sent me a one off £10 gift card to apologise. It was never ever their fault but they could never do enough for me and it was hugely appreciated!!! X

Trying to return an item via evri which is how it arrived but Splashy only have a PO Box for returns! Which parcel companies won’t touch !! RoYal mail is half the amount of the Item !
So don’t order if you think you may need to return !!

I cannot express my love for splashy clothes enough!! As a plus size girl, I struggle to find clothes that fit me the way I want them to and that I feel comfy in. When I found splashy, I couldn’t believe how good the clothes fitted my shape just the way I want them to. (They go upto a 5XL) which is just amazing, as ALL sizes are included. The material of the clothes is FAB! Such good quality. So affordable as well. Which is a bonus. I absolutely LOVE how bright and bold the clothes are too. They allow you to be seen and so you should be, no matter what size you are. Why blend in when you deserve to stand out?! ❤️. As for the boujee prints of splashy clothes…... Well…….They are just EVERYTHING. Right up my street they are. I get SO many compliments from people whenever I wear a splashy item of clothing. Everyone wants to know where it’s from. It’s a 10/10 from me. I adore splashy and everything they stand for. Highly recommend.

Class fit true size

wasn’t provided with confirmation email, so i didn’t get my order number. i want to return my package but i can’t because of lack of order number. so now i’m annoyed.

I am giving you 1 star because I'm still waiting on my item,
Now it did say estimated delivery time is the 6th, and now its the 11th of June and still no sign of this parcel,
So I will nor be ordering anything else from this company again....

The delivery takes quite along time but other than that all the clothes and perfumes are amazing, So much so I’ve ordered from them afew times now.
