I've been using the fragranced toilet rolls and they have exceeded my expectations. The rolls are soft, strong, and have a pleasant, fresh fragrance that keeps the bathroom smelling clean without being overpowering. I would definitely recommend these toilet rolls to anyone looking for quality and freshness.

I really like Splesh toilet paper. I wasn't sure about trying a new brand, but it's actually really good. It's soft but it doesn't tear easily when you use it. The rolls last good amount of time too. It's also nice that it's eco friendly and doesn't cost too much money. Also, wide range of collection to choose. I'll keep buying this one and think it's worth a try!

I am absolutely blown away by the newly launched Splesh signature scent toilet rolls! The unique blend of pineapple and warm musky woods makes the entire bathroom smell incredibly luxurious, like an upscale hotel.

As always with Splesh, the 3-ply quilted paper is ultra-soft and strong. I love that it gives premium, high-end vibes while staying eco-friendly and plastic-free.

Ordered from this company regularly via subscription however product was good, delivery was fine however they started shrink wrapping 3 large packets together. So wheb you tried to open them you would end up having to rip the whole parcel apart.
One packet of 9 toilet rolls, you would have say 6 packets in a bundle. Then you have 3 bundles all shrink wrapped together, when you try to open it all the packaging falls apart. I can only presume the reason for this is the courier company charge them less for sending one parcel compared to three seperate parcels. They had an offer on tik tok shop so I ordered 1 bundle, I also had a final bundle of 3 still outstanding to be delivered. Bundle of 3 not arrived, however, they charged me. On the scale of things not the end of the world, but how many other people are they ripping off in a simlar manner. WILL NOT USE AGAIN, THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POINTLESS!

I am so impressed with Splesh. The 3-ply toilet rolls are incredibly soft, strong and the natural scents like Lavender and Watermelon make the whole bathroom smell amazing. I love that the products are eco-friendly, plastic free, and made right here in UK. Plus, the fast and free delivery is the Massive bonus. Will definitely be subscribing.

Splesh make good quality toilet rolls at a good price. However, they are difficult to contact, no working phone number, and long gaps before getting emails answered. I also, DONT understand why eco friendly toilet rolls are packaged and shipped in loads of uk recyclable plastic. Totally nuts.

Second subscription delivery last night. As for the previous one, it was delivered late by Evri. On this second one, it was the usual dump and run by Britain's worst courier firm. I had then walk down three flights of stairs to collect a large package of heavy kitchen paper.

Whilst the product is not bad and we were encouraged to buy direct from Splesh using their subscription model. the use, by them, of Evri is unacceptable. If Splesh decide it is somehow good for their business to use Evri, then they are no longer getting my business. Subscription cancelled and pre-approved payments cancelled on PayPal. I will now find an alternative product too - Splesh are not getting my business via Amazon again either.

Vastly overrated. As my review was removed from Amazon, by the supplier. I’ve come here to ensure my message gets to at least those who do their homework. I was one of the first people to use there dishwasher pods…. Other than still being full of toxins and worse then some of the leading brands. The only thing eco is the fact their product is in dissolvable plastic, which can still hang around on low temp washers in your dishwasher. So may be cheap but don’t be surprised it’s no different to the cheaper less toxic brands out there. You’re paying for wrapped jelly in plastic!

This company is on TIKTOK and I was about to order and they blocked me for no reason terrible customer service and terrible hosts avoid!

Twice, now in a row no delivery of toilet tissues.
1st — email sent, raised the issue, no attempts made to deliver — ring door bell evidence held.

I was told a replacement order issued.

Again, 2nd time round no delivery attempted (evidence by ring door bell)

EVRI customer support messaged me to say:
“I can see the reason for the delay is that the parcel missed the connection to the courier.”

What is going on with Splesh? — Do I need to find another supplier?

IM so happy with splesh Items I have bought toilet rolls and kitchen rolls.Both are really good value for money.And I recommended them to my whole family now we re all using them

Had me down as a repeat subscripton ,advised me to unsubscribe and refuse parcel when delivered ,and i would get a full refund ,got email to say they have recieved returned parcel ,now being ignored all texts emails etc , still no refund they are a joke ,but i am in touch with my bank and taking it to trading standards.

Very poor customer service their dispatch team sent the wrong 120pcs of scented toilet rolls to me and when I sent them an email Ashutosh emailed me back (not immediately but took a day to reply back) requesting me to drop them off to Evri Parcelshop
1) oh am I suppose to carry this heavy packing in my hand walk to the bus stop and try to catch a bus which everyone single person is aware that all buses and constantly full so how do they expect me to take them to the drop off
2) or am I supposed to take a taxi pay for the ride which will cost an additional £12 to and from? Like this why would anyone want to purchase where they would have to pay additional expenses.

After replying back to them requesting them to find an alternative solution as there is no way I am going to drop them off I did ask them to rectify the order or I would just take it up with PayPal as then the seller would resolve the issue much faster to avoid a dispute being raised from paypals end and only did this as I realised they were replying back next day was worried the holidays are around the corner and didn’t want any further delay and then Punit reverted back to me stating that they have arranged a DPD collection and once collected to share the return postage receipt with them and I query with them back enquiring once I do send this across within how many day will they dispatch the correct order to this Aarish replied within 3-4 days I should receive the correct order and to only now just having received a refund and an email cancelling my order.

So sad that the company could be booming but having customer service support team who clearly don’t look out for the best interest in their customers as well as their company, this is not the 1st time I’m ordering I am their regular customer.

I'm leaving 4 star review... it would have been 3 stars but because of their very good customer service I've gone up a star. I ordered the kitchen rolls which I find brilliant however they sent the cheaper ones which I was annoyed about as first time I had placed an order. I contacted them and explained I had the wrong order, they
offered a refund which I thought was a bit poor and straight away they offered another which I accepted. Instant response from customer service. Not good they got the order wrong but quickly rectified. 8/10

I have had no problems whatsoever with delivery the problem I have is for a toilet roll that is 3 ply it's very very thin how the company can state this very very thin roll is 3 ply is beyond me then we come to the amount on the roll, I am going through 3 times thd amount I would normally use, so there is not a lot on a roll, and I also purchased kitchen roll and that really is a joke not even ten inch square again flying through it the aldi basic brand is far superior o well tried both and I will not be purchasing any more that's for sure.

I have a subscription for toilet roll to be sent to me with this company, this was every 3 months, however I changed it to monthly due to the reason below to see if I actually would get my order!
Although you can still buy what I have a subscription for through Amazon, I have not had my subscription refilled due to the product being "out of stock" since last year. Apauling company to deal with and a complete scam!!

Horrible loo roll, worse customer service!

I supposedly signed up for a subscription to the product, yet no account exists with my email address according to their own web site!

I have written to the company several times with no reply! Terrible product, terrible customer service. If it was possible to give negative stars for both we would.

I have tried over and over to cancel what they say is a subscription only to receive an email today 18/10/23 stating they are sending more of this rubbish to us! It better not arrive, or we'll be disputing the charge with the credit card company considering I sent them a first email in July telling them we never ever wanted this product sent to us again.

I have records of all my contact stating we don't want it so we'll see if they pay any attention THIS TIME.

This product is a big minus thousands of stars for both quality and customer service!!!!!

It’s only 150 sheets per roll, less than half a normal roll so actually getting less than 10 normal rolls for £20. Which isn’t cheap at all. Toilet roll is good but don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a deal, it’s not. If you want nice soft toilet roll then this is, but at £2 plus a roll it’s up to you
