got a email form SportsBreaks saying the only tickets left for the Nott Forest game was Hotel, food Drinks, and padded seat a package , £159, i did not use hotel , but when i got to the stadium i was in normal seating with no food or drinks , i made a complaint and got nowhere been told it was my fault as they said i was in North Stand and should of known it was normal seating , yet email said only package seating was left , i been miss lead , so be careful they was not helpful at all , my fault they say as i should of known North stand was not a package seat

Moja opinia na temat firmy Sportsbreaks jest niestety bardzo negatywna. Skorzystałem z ich oferty, licząc na profesjonalną obsługę i elastyczne podejście do klienta, jednak rzeczywistość okazała się zupełnie inna.
Głównym problemem była zmiana terminu meczu Manchester United – Aston Villa z soboty na niedzielę, na co jako klient nie miałem żadnego wpływu. W takiej sytuacji oczekiwałem pełnego zrozumienia i możliwości uzyskania 100% zwrotu kosztów, ponieważ zmiana daty znacząco wpłynęła na moje plany podróży.
Niestety firma Sportsbreaks odmówiła pełnego zwrotu pieniędzy, co uważam za bardzo nieuczciwe podejście. Klient nie powinien ponosić konsekwencji zmian organizacyjnych, na które nie ma żadnego wpływu. Brak elastyczności i nastawienie wyłącznie na własny interes sprawiają, że trudno polecić tę firmę innym.
Zdecydowanie oczekiwałem wyższego poziomu obsługi klienta, szczególnie w sytuacjach losowych. Niestety moje doświadczenie było rozczarowujące i zniechęciło mnie do ponownego skorzystania z ich usług.
Dodatkowo bardzo źle oceniam obsługę klienta. Kontakt mailowy był utrudniony – czas oczekiwania na odpowiedź był długi, a same odpowiedzi sprawiały wrażenie pisanych w sposób oschły i mało uprzejmy. Zabrakło profesjonalizmu oraz empatii wobec klienta, który znalazł się w problematycznej sytuacji nie z własnej winy.

I attended the test match between England v India at Emirates Old Trafford in 2025 and loved my experience from start to finish.
We were greeted with warm welcomes from the SportsBreaks staff who checked us in, gifted us our drinks vouchers and guided us to our seats for the day.
We were plotted on the top bit of the terrace with a table and quick access to the toilet.
At lunch we were handed our food hampers which were delicious with foods varying from both England and India which I thought was very well thought of.
We were in the sun all day and had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend attending any cricket at Emirates Old Trafford again with SportsBreaks.

The tickets arrived direct from Everton as electronic tickets commensurate with their shiny new stadium. I booked a package for the 2025 Italian Grand Prix with SportsBreaks as a honeymoon gift. The booking process was great — friendly, efficient, and I felt confident choosing Grandstand 21C/D, which was confirmed multiple times.
However, just before the trip, I was sent tickets for a different grandstand (21E) without any explanation or chance to approve the change. I discovered it only when the tickets arrived. I raised the issue immediately and sent multiple follow-ups for over six weeks before receiving any response.
It took 1.5 months and an ABTA complaint before anyone acknowledged the mistake (they missed the 28 day ABTA deadline). While a partial refund was eventually issued (far less than I felt matched the change and approach), the lack of communication, accountability, and empathy throughout was incredibly disappointing, especially for what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Even in finally giving up on what I felt the refund should be, they weren't responding again. Then it turned out before I'd agreed to the refund they'd transferred the lower amount over.
It took 2 months and 18 emails from my side it is done thankfully with the longest time of lack of response (sent to multiple departments) on the email thread being 6 weeks and 1 day with 9 emails sent in that time from my side chasing.

We’re not long back from monza, had an amazing time and was all down to these guys, James and Natasha were with us along the way which made our experience stress free.
All pick ups and arrangements were on time and the reps were fantastic. Hotel was lovely. I’m not F1 follower but got this trip for my husband’s 60th birthday and sportsbreak staff made me feel comfortable and confident with the whole experience.

Tried to use sportsbreaks.com yesterday on the day of the Premiership schedule announcement, had tickets in my basket for the game I wanted and your website went down. Called you and was promised help which never materialised. When your website came back up that game was sold out. Very disappointing service.

I contacted sportsbreak.com via a link from the Chelsea website, who stated that they were their “official travel partner”. I was looking to go to Wroclaw for the Europa Conference Cup final, and although it was more expensive than scheduled flights at that time, I liked the idea of being escorted to and back from the stadium by CFC officials, so I enquired. The only proviso was that I had to get a ticket via the club, which was no problem.
Later that day (15 days prior to the final) I received an email from Sportsbreak, stating that “YOU ARE GOING TO Wroclaw”. I received nothing else thereafter, until 5 days prior to the final.
In the meantime I booked two nights at a hotel near Luton airport, as it was an early flight on the day of the game, returning in the early hours of the next day plus I was travelling from Cornwall!
On Friday May 23rd I received another email from them saying that my application for the trip had been denied due to “first come first served” and So I had to make my own way, they did tell me that there were still plenty of flights, and hotel rooms available, but in the ten days I waited for my updated details (or so I thought) the prices for both the flights and hotels had nigh on tripled!
I contacted them to complain but they were not really interested, doubling down on their “decision” to deny me a seat on the flights.
I will be contacting the Club soon to inform them of my experience, with their preferred travel partner, not to mention the £700 extra it cost me to travel and stay in Wroclaw because of their ineptitude.
Please think TWICE before booking any trips with this totally unprofessional outfit!

Booked an in out flight to Bilbao for the Europa league final, started with a 3 hour flight delay and ended with a 3 hour wait for a coach pick up, this was the most disorganised event I’ve ever experienced. No one had any idea what they were supposed to do and staff kept regurgitating it was eufa who were to blame. It cost £899 and if I had paid £8.99 it would have been poor value for money

I booked a flight to Bilbao for the Europa League Final. Due to a family illness, I tried to reassign the flight to another Spurs fan (he has a ticket via the UEFA app), but they wouldn't; there was no explanation other than their terms allowed them not to assist. They don't care about customers and seem to delight in my frustration. The flight has changed from Southend to Stansted! I'm not surprised at all by the negative feedback.
Regarding the FB at 14.30, I just wanted to reassign the flight. There's no point in complaining when a firm has no ethics. I suspect they've sold my seat again; I wonder if the flight will change from Southend to Stansted to Luton.

We booked a Liverpool game which was rearranged, I only received one email regarding this asking me if I wanted to change the dates of my hotel. Yet I have received several emails regarding my payments. I contacted them for support sorting my hotel booking but got sorry can't help that's out policy. Incredibly poor customer service and I will certainly not be booking again with you.
