Order process is complicated ask for ID next day dosnt mean next day. Reasonable customer service. Wouldn't order from again

I made an order on the 11th of April as a present for my husband, and a month later it hasn’t arrived.
I have email them on several occasions with no response, and there is no number to call… extremely disappointed!

I’ve made a few budget friendly purchases, and my experience was astounding, certainly a 5 star experience. It’s nice to shop online with someone waiting to answer any query at the bottom of the screen. I placed an order and I don’t think I realised that some items are special order and after paying next day I was disappointed. However after querying as to why, they gave me the option to either wait or have a similar stocked item replace the one for special delivery. That same day they had changed and dispatched the order. I am almost certain that even after they told me it was an error on their part that it was actually an error on mine and hadn’t read it properly. Brilliant customer service. Lightning fast responses. Cool products. They definitely value you as a customer.

Would give them no stars if I could, first order of rifle pellets were badly damaged as it wasn’t packaged properly also minus the second tin I ordered and the resend one tin wasn’t sealed and the pellets were everywhere inside the box, must be old stock as the tins looked rusty and tatty, would avoid these guys they are not very professional no customer care!!!!!

A great store that has been there for years …
This store had been a great find for me. Springfields have been in Burton-on-Trent for as long as I can remember. It is like buying of an old friend on the internet. We see companies starting every day but finding one with 50 years trading history and a premises you can walk into just exudes trust.
I admit I collected from the store but how often can you do that these days. It is located where it has always been. The service was great. I am very happy.

Excellent service
Brilliant service, fast delivery, well packaged. Great whittling knifes and at a great price. I needed to contact services to amend an item, could only contact via email, but had a response from Ginette really quickly, sorted straight away, super friendly and efficient. It's been a long time since I've had customer service like this from a well established company. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I recently ordered from this website however the wrong item was delivered, but thanks to Hayley (assistant manager) the situation was resolved within a single night, I’m completely satisfied with the customer service, and product quality this company provided.

I put in an order 26th January
I put in an order 26th January, I have not received the product and all emails have been bounced back. I have not been able to leave a message on the answering machine.
Since the above I have been contacted by Springfields and they have dispatched the item I ordered. It arrived the very next day. They apologised and this is the end of the matter. I do hope that contact details are more visible to the customers in the future.

No email confirmation or delivery date stated.
I made an order, I have received no email or message about age verification. I was hoping to receive items for the allocated time of purchase date to arrive 3-4 days so I have the items ready for a trip I have arranged. I hope I get a response from their support team, had no luck so far it's been 24 hours since purchase.
EDIT: Had a swift response from customer service the day after, all is in place and order seems to be going as planned and arriving on the date set, all in all, customer service was brilliant and my order has been sorted and ready to go in upcoming days.
