Sprinkles Cupcakes Avis 15

Received a dozen cupcakes as a gift and while I don't usually complain about a gift, this time must be shared. Even my less discerning kids took a bite and the entire dozen ended up in the trash. Flavorless, too dense, tasted old and just plain gross were just a few of the comments. Get your "flash freezing" approach right before you put you offer gourmet cupcakes to the public. You really should be ashamed of the product you put out there.

We went to the sprinkles store at Disney Springs in Florida. This is my third trip because my wife said it was so good when it came out years ago. The first time we went it was not good. Chalked it up to being a bad batch. Came again and it was even worse than before. I felt absolutely robbed for 18 dollars for three cupcakes that we ended up throwing in the garbage. If you want old, hard, cupcakes with lots of preservatives this is the place you should go. I will never go to a sprinkles shop again. What a rip off!!

Fed Ex let my order sit in there Dothan Al Facility for a week until it was delivered. Sprinkles would not resend the order or even assist with a claim for Fed Ex. I was so looking forward to trying Dark Chocolate Banana cupcakes until I opened the molded, absolutely disgusting cupcakes that were deliver a week late. The smell and look of these cupcakes have put me off Sprinkles for a Lifetime. Beware, these are really poorly made to do this!

our order was completely messed up. we ordered 12 and paid $66 and when we got home it was filled wrong. no gluten free as we ordered. mgr of store and employees are rude. cupcakes are very dry and overpriced.

I have been a loyal Sprinkles customer and am willing to pay premium price because the quality has always been consistent and their flavors are on point !
I recently had a Nationwide delivery which FedEx dropped off at the wrong address . The Customer Service at Sprinkles was polite, prompt and professional and issued a refund immediately .

We ordered very expensive cupcakes to be delivered on a birthday and paid for overnight delivery. The website is misleading about how this works and the cupcakes were delivered late. When I politely inquired about this, they blew me off and told me this was their policy. It was inappropriate, disappointing, and ruined the whole thing. Never use them, I certainly will not

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dozen cupcakes to be shipped & not cheap I might add. I received the order and it was wrong, on top of it the vanilla cupcakes were freezer burned and not edible. Upon contacting customer service, there was nothing they could do. They refused to ship the correct order. Buyer BEWARE for $100 for a dozen cupcakes I expect that the order is correct & edible - don’t think that’s asking too much.

Amazing Cupcakes! I had the Red Velvet and it was excellent. Haley was an excellent server. She was patient and ethusiastic. Oh, did I mention that the cupcake was delicious!

Cupcakes were freezer burned, dry and crumbly. Customer service asked for pictures of the cupcakes when I complained, after taking 5 days to reply to my email and I had already thrown them out days before. They were just terrible...cupcakes and customer service.

A bit pricey but great flavors and a fun splurge! I love the cinnamon 😋

Do not buy these cupcakes in hopes of making it for a birthday. They may likely be DAY AFTER birthday cupcakes! They are fine enough in taste but 100.00 for a dozen cupcakes. They arrived the DAY AFTER the birthday, which was very disappointing after paying such a high price and telling the birthday recipient they were coming. A BIG BUST!

We just went to Sprinkles in Plano. Our first visit ever, we were excited after all the hype we have heard. We brought home 2 cupcakes, one a cookie cupcake the other a chocolate marshmallow. My husband couldn't even get the chocolate marshmallow out of the container to eat. It completely fell apart because it was so incredibly dry. Wow, what a disappointment, it is obvious this one had been sitting around for quite some time. Yuck!! And EXPENSIVE! The cookie cupcake was better, but not by much.
