Ordered 2 dog beds for $40 and had cheap socks show up in the mail. Scammers.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Their Customer service is of no help. Just keeps referring back to Post Office. I believe this company takes your order for the Healing nests and then sends you out some cheap socks. They are attaching the tracking number to the sock and not what you actually purchased. So they can say that the tracking number is showing it has been delivered. And you end up with socks instead of healing nest. BIG SCAM

I ordered x2 Large Healing nest on the 5th February 2023, with estimated deliver between 15th - 22nd February 2023. So I received a random parcel weighing 190gm (info provided by Australia Post) on the 15 February 2023 containing a box with 5 pair of socks in it. I never ordered socks so thought it was odd. But as my father passed on the 11 Februay 2023, I didn't give it much thought. When I hadn't received my healing nests by 22 Feb 23, I email the company on the 23 Feb 23. Only to be told that my parcel had been delivered and to contact Australia Post. So I contacted Australia Post who confirmed my parcel was delivered on the 15 Feb 23 as per the tracking number. I then realised that the socks came then. So I contacted the so called company again who kept saying the parcel was delivered and I need to speak to Aus. Post. I have been going back and forth with this company. They said I had to provide a photo of the item I received and a photo of the parcel tracking number. I provided the photo of the socks, but advised that no one keeps the parcel bag. You open the parcel and throw the bag. So, I requested the delivery photo from Australia Post (as they always take photos of any deliveries). And it clearing shows that I received a small parcel, and no way could it be x2 large Healing nest.

Absolutely dreadful! Same as everyone else😡ordered 2 dog beds and received nothing! I keep emailing and they keep referring me back to Royal Mail they say it was signed for! Their customer service is diabolical just keep sending me emails with the same tracking information! It is just one big scam! Avoid!

I ordered the human size beds, similiar to the fluffy dog beds, never showed.

Should have read the reviews first, ordered 2 beds and got socks 🙄 scam. What a waste

I've been emailing their "customer service" who have me running back and forth to the post office. What a waste of my TIME. SO rude. Just tell me a flippin scam, don't pretend and make me waste my time!
Post Office said it's a fake ref # and a big scam.

I feel so stupid!

Don't order their stupid dog beds!

I ordered 2 xl dog beds and never received my merchandise. No contact number to speak with a person. Emailed them and I got the run around. They said it was delivered. It never was. They keep giving me different tracking numbers. Never will I buy from them again. I hope no one else does either. Not a good way to run a business. No good will come of people like this. Scammed

It is a scam and a minus 10. Pity we are not allowed to name and shame him on his Facebook page.

Yeah they suck .... China scammers I ordered a doggy bed and got socks as if I needed socks I can't believe they haven't been shut down

same as others .. date feb 10 rec socks today instead of a nice large dog bed .. morons ... i am gonna try ... but we shall see ... usually i am so very careful ... good luck

ordered a dog bed some $55.00 cad and received 2 pairs of socks instead.....reporting to visa

Avoid anything by the company like the plague. Ordered a large dog bed from them. Received 2 pairs of rubbish socks. They send by Evri, so they have tracking then claim innocence & a mistake in the warehouse! 0 stars to be honest :-(

Ordered two dog beds and was sent a packet of socks. This is so they can say something was delivered. Trying to get my money back via emailing them. So far they are offering only 80% refund!! Scammers!!

Biggest rip off. I paid over $50 Australian dollars for two dog beds as advertised.
Today I received two pair of white socks.

What can I do about this and how do they keep getting away with it.

Same as everyone else, ordered 2 large dog beds and received 6 pairs of socks. Tried to dispute with my card company and it was denied, said I had to try and resolve with merchant. No way to contact them...what now?? What a SHAM - SCAM - Criminal!

I ordered a small mattress after seeing an ad on facebook. They charged $40.
After 3 weeks I received a pair of low quality baby socks which I did not order.
They did not reply to my Emails, which is the only way to contact them.
They just stole $40 from me, by false advertising on facebook.

Sent this company an email demanding my money back, they had sent me five pair of awful cheap trainer socks In place of a day bed large dog style bed, I made a complaint to them and also to my bank
The company responded saying an admin error and sent me key 25.03 p back into my account I’ll never buy off a Facebook advert again, lesson learnt, I’ve been lucky

They chatted with me and kept me
dangling like a fool.
Stole £34.23 or rather I happily gave it to them. Asked me would I wait for another , I said yes.
I just happened to see the human dog bed on another site and that cost over £250 I was gobsmacked!!
Then after googling the company here I am.... writing this up. Fool that I am. I changed all my bank details etc... everyone should do it.
