What is there not like about Spudos chipsticks absolutely 😋😋😋 enuf said

The crisps themselves are nice as is the salt and vinegar dust. However the service is poor. It used to be good, but presumably to save a few quid, they changed delivery company. The one they went with I always have issues with. Which, was the case here too. I raised my concerns and was fobbed off with a promise of going back to the original delivery company. When the following month’s subscription was dispatched, they used the cheaper incompetent delivery company again. I value good service and I wasn’t getting it from Spudos so I cancelled my subscription with them. The crisps are good, but not that good. If you value customer service, go elsewhere for your crisps.

Me and my daughter enjoyed trying the different flavours of the crisps. I don’t think we would buy again though as it wasn’t anything special.

I placed an order with Spudos on 5 May, clearly advertised with a 2–3 day delivery timeframe, for a time-sensitive family event. The order was placed well in advance and alongside another supplier, who delivered exactly as promised.
Spudos failed to deliver on every level.
A Royal Mail tracking number was provided, however Royal Mail does not recognise the reference at all, calling into question whether the item was ever dispatched in the first place. Despite multiple attempts to clarify this, I received only generic, copy-and-paste responses which avoided answering basic questions.
Key issues:
Delivery timeframe not met
Tracking number provided appears invalid
No clear evidence of dispatch
Repeated scripted responses instead of resolution
When I asked specifically about their refund policy, communication stopped altogether. Only after chasing further was I told the item had been “shipped promptly” but delayed by the courier — a statement that directly contradicts the fact the tracking number does not exist within Royal Mail systems.
By this point, the event I ordered for had passed, making the order entirely redundant. Despite clearly explaining this, Spudos continues to respond with “we’ve escalated this” messages, with no resolution, no accountability, and no ownership.
From a legal standpoint, this is unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe, and where delivery is time-sensitive and not met, the consumer is entitled to treat the contract as cancelled and receive a full refund. Additionally, providing invalid or unverifiable tracking information raises serious concerns regarding whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled at all.
At present:
The goods have not been received within the agreed timeframe
No verifiable proof of dispatch has been provided
A refund request has not been properly addressed

This is not simply poor service — it borders on a failure to meet basic consumer protection obligations.
Blaming couriers is one thing providing untraceable tracking details and avoiding refund discussions is another entirely.
In today’s online retail environment, this level of service falls well below acceptable standards.
If you are relying on delivery for a specific date — do not trust this supplier.

What can I say? Wow!! The crispiest crisp ever. The Dragons Den Bundle has an air tight container that keeps your resealable bag even more secure meaning the crisps remain crispy & crunchy days later! The topping packets have more than enough flavouring in them. Great selection of flavours. Buy it. Now. You won’t regret it.

A crisp with as much flavour as you can handle. Great idea. Great range of dusts and tasty potato snacks.

Spudos are the best! Not only are they delicious but they are money and space saving due to the spud dusts and buying in bulk. Crispy bacon and prawn cocktail are my favourites so far but everything has been delicious and moreish!

All i can say is a amazing love them so easy. The taste is just amazing. I dont always eat a whole bag a crisps but with this i can eat as little or as much as I want. Even orderd a enough lot for family.

I ordered some crinkle-cut crisps (Spudos, please make these permanent, they're my favourite and I would definitely order more often if they were always available!) and the Nduja, Gherkin, Curry and Beef Bourguignon flavourings. Ive tried three of them and they were all so delicious it was genuinely a struggle not to immediately shake up another bag upon finishing. The delivery was prompt and I love that the bag is compostable. Keep it up Spudos! And long live crinkle cut!

Crisp were crispy and tasted fresh. Flavours were excellent

Spudos and spud dust take crisps to a new level.Tried the crinkle cut crisps every bit as good as the crisps.Hopefully tomato ketchup spud dust soon 🤞🤞.Fantastic product keep up the good work.

The experience of ordering was good and stuff, was very excited to recieve the crisps. - The crispy bacon flavour tho is very mild, smokey bacon golden wonder are significantly stronger. the salt and vinegar is good but you need lots.

I'd recommend getting the crisp box if you intend to buy more than 1 bag or use it over time as I found the crisps get damaged in a bag - or take care of the bag of crisps more in the cupboard! Love the fact it is near 0 waste.
A tad pricey for us week to week but I understand why - the taste is incredible and very much worth it.

Fast delivery great service and long last crisps tasting the way they should taste and the dust is wonderful

This is about the 4th time I’ve ordered. The beef flavouring was a great move. Delicious. If you haven’t tried yet. I urge you to. Best crisps on the planet by far!

Wow the Beef Bourguignon flavour where have you been all my life? ALSO.. First time experiencing the Crinkle cut crisps... another wow! They are so good getting all the dust flavour! My only wish is these items stay on the menu and be available all year round please?! 😂

I've got the sticks to try next, just trying to control myself just a wee bit!

When creating a crisp bundle, would be nice to select the bigger dust bottles going forward please.

I like to support small businesses and I was keen to try Spudos having seen an ad on Instagram. Quick delivery of starter pack and was keen to get stuck in. Unfortunately I was left a little disappointed to see both bags of crisps quite crushed up when I opened the box. However I’m really impressed with the quality of the flavour sachets and overall taste of the product. It’s a great weekend treat. Would like to see an improvement on the size of crisps received rather than lots of crumbs within the bag.

Crisps were ok. It took loads of sachets to get any flavour in the crisps. Sorry to say walkers smoky bacon were better. The need to double the amount of flavour in the sachets. Wanted to try them for ages but not impressed.

I love Spudos! The crisps really are crisp and even without the Spud Dusts they taste great. I love being able to add as much or as little of the flavours as I like. I’m usually a cheese and onion fan but I think the salt and vinegar is my favourite.
Customer service is always good, with orders arriving promptly.
I even actually enjoy getting the emails
, they make me smile because of the quirky way they are written.
