Product us perfectly good and as described.
Customer service was terrible.
Evri claimed to have delivered the lights but they were not at my property. To cut a long story short, Evri did nothing and all SPV offered was for me to report them as stolen. I thought it was the suppliers responsibility to ensure product had been delivered correctly, not mine?
It turned out they were delivered to a neighbour on Maundy Thursday and who then went away for Easter.

Have used this company before so remembered their lights are of good quality so thought I’d get some string lights for my cabin - very happy so far but only been up a month…..will be interesting to see how long they last - I’ve gone through cheaper versions in only a couple of months so fingers crossed 🤞 They look very pretty and not too in your face with glare which is perfect in my woodlands.

I have used this company for years, although they don't appear to recognise that. The quality and reliabiility of their products has really reduced over that time and I would not buy again. They are impossible to prod to answer messages left through their online portal and of course, there now is no means of calling the company. Despite being within their 2 year warranty period, they have refused any help. Their delay in ignoring my messages was spun out long anough to trip over the two years period. A shambles, try elswhere and particularly, compare prices for identical items from eBay sellers

Found them to be a great store with lots of different and interesting lights, although website could be more detailed. Lights actually look better in real life than presented on their website

Shocking, rubbish would never use them again , no phone number to complain to, and now fighting for a refund, DONT USE THIS COMPANY

They are great lights but as this is my third set (the previous 2 broke) I am not confident that they will last.
But at £16 for 2 I consider them to be a disposable product.

Last set lasted about a year, which further the price - v - brightness and ease of installation is fine by me.

Lights are great. One arrived cracked and was replaced rapidly with no fuss at all . Very good

Great lights and customer service

I cannot find any record of me buying anything from this company, yet for the last 10 weeks or so I have received daily SPAM emails from them. Tried to unsubscribe but it doesn't work. Am now reporting every email to the "Information Commissioners Office"

Love the lights but hate getting repeated email to write a review and can’t seem to unsubscribe to stop them.

I ordered some solar lights from SPV, unfortunately they use EVRI to deliver their orders. EVRI notified me that they had ‘misplaced’ my order.
I requested a refund from SPV but 10 days later they have still not refunded my costs and keep asking me to be patient despite EVRI admitting the parcel is lost?
I am a returning customer and have never had a problem with previous orders. The customer service is certainly not acceptable and there seems to be no light at the end of this tunnel?

Initially I thought the lights were quality but after putting up a lovely pink set they only lasted two days then stopped working. I initially thought it was a charging issue so made sure it was in full sun. The lights then flickered before failing again. I tried moving the wiring around and putting the charger in different positions. In each position they worked until I let go the wire, or let go the charger. It was very frustrating and obviously was a wiring issue going on. I tried contacting SPV lights but email not answered. So with disappointment the lights went in the bin. Such a shame because initially the lights looked lovely. I won't be buying any more from them.

I would like to warn people about this company. They seem to operate under the name of Helioglow.
I purchased 2 sets of solar lights in February this year. After 2 weeks they hadn’t arrived so I contacted the company. I was assured that they had been despatched. After another week- no sign of them so emailed again. I eventually lost patience and asked for my money back. Still no sign of a refund and that was weeks ago. I have constantly been fobbed off saying my case has been escalated to the finance department.
Up to today- no refund.
Avoid this company. I will never order from them again.
