I wasn't sure if the photo was sized perfectly to the size that I wanted but the team at Square Signs made the adjustments so the picture came out perfectly.
Réponse de Square Signs
We're so glad our team could step in and make those sizing adjustments for you! Getting the proportions just right can be tricky, and it's wonderful to hear your photo came out exactly as you hoped. Thank you for trusting us with such a special image, and enjoy your new metal print!
I love the glossy look. Their experts enhanced my photo and it looked amazing. There are polish marks or print marks, but they are unnoticeable from a few feet away. Overall, we love it.

What a lovely review to read! We're happy the glossy finish won you over and that our design team's photo enhancements made your image really shine. We're also grateful you mentioned the small marks you noticed up close. That's helpful feedback for our production team, and if they ever bother you, please reach out to our customer service so we can take a look. We're so glad you're enjoying your metal print overall!
glue on face, needed goo-be-gone to remove
it’s alright. razor thin. shipping is way overpriced
Image was grainy and not good quality. I provided the proof from a professional photographer that we have used to make similar prints and this one did not turn out.

Our team reached out to learn more and review the issue with you, but we haven't been able to connect yet. Please reply to our email or contact us anytime, and we'll be glad to look into this further and help make it right.
Picture was not printed as I wanted. What? I got was beautiful but it's not what I want, i am submitting a picture of what I wanted. The picture that I got the water tower was omitted. And the speed limit signed was omitted.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry the final print didn't match what you had in mind. After reviewing your order, we found that production followed the approved proof, and some elements were trimmed because the white areas were filled in as requested. We understand how frustrating that outcome is. Our team did follow up after your call with a solution for a reorder, and we're still happy to help. Please reach out anytime, and we'll work with you to get a sign you're happy with.
