Squidmar Miniatures Avis 

Uk delivery company Yodel dropped the ball and left my brushes on the doorstep of my house which is on the street. Of course it was promptly stolen.

But then along cam Dennis, a beacon for all customer support workers, myself included! Dennis dealt with my problem like a boss, he should be given more money and a promotion. and while I still don't have the brushes, his patience (along with mine obviously 😅) and understanding was really appreciated.

Emil and Lucas are lucky to have people like this in the team. And im sure the brushes will be top notch!

PS I think emil should throw in a squidmar infinity ultra as i won't be able to get a golden ticket that was 100% in my stolen order!

Best customer service experience you can get, my order was lost (not because of Squidmar's fault) and they shipped me a new one on the same day with a gift. Top Quality, Top customer service, highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, rapid response

I made an order with an incomplete address and their customer service, namely Dennis :) went above and beyond to help me fix this. What more, even after I got successfully my package, they contacted me making sure the package arrived alright.
The products are of course amazing! (Squidmar Vallejo: Special FX Paint Set and New Brush set Kolinsky)

Can't remember when was the last time I ran into a company that goes an extra mile like this to make sure their customers were happy.

Outstanding customer service! Had some minor problems with an order and support was just great. Surprisingly responsive and helpful - shoutout to Dennis!

Great experience, Had an issue with usps as per usual with usps but they helped me find out what was going on. Very attentive and very helpful customer service, they got back to me extremely quickly and updated me with resolutions. The airbrush also absolutely fantastic so far. highly recommend. I bought their paintset as well and it is wonderful. Overall an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

I had placed two separate orders within a short time and asked if it might be possible to combine them for shipping. Dennis from the sales team was quick to reply, very friendly, and clearly made the effort to check with the warehouse. Not only were the orders combined, but the extra shipping cost was refunded even though I had not specifically asked for that.

Lately I’ve had quite a few disappointing customer service experiences, so I think it’s only fair to also highlight when a company gets it right. Warm, helpful, efficient, and genuinely customer-friendly.

Excellent products and truly exceptional customer service.

Very fast shipping, ordered Sunday and had my brushes at Wednesday, and the brushes are so good! Really good quality with a really nice tip.

I also really like the little note added where they tell how to start out by washing the brushes because of the cold and dry environment they may have been shipped in, and how to look out for you brushes, like how to clean, and not use it for specific types of paints.
