It took a little while for them to respond back to me cancelling my order, however when they did reply they were very sweet and nice about it. I believe that there should be slightly more awareness of any emails - especially checking junk mail but other than that, the seller is really nice

I ordered 2 items which took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, to then finally receive it and only have 1 in the box. I have tried 3 times to contact them and I have had no response at all. My advice to anybody would be to not purchase from them. Very disappointing!!

When it eventually arrived, the slime was sticky beyond recovery. Two small bottles of borax were provided, but nowhere near enough to salvage the slime - all 3 tubs were essentially liquid glue.

What was left of the slime was drenched in scent, to the point where it’s so concentrated that it takes an immense amount of work to remove from anything the slime has made contact with.

One of the three slimes was a DIY clay slime, but unfortunately the clay was dry and hard, and couldn’t be mixed with the remnants of its base.

Would definitely not recommend, especially not with the long turnaround time to purchase.

Great company! Delivery was very quick and when the slime arrived it came in a box packed very neatly with a handwritten letter! Peach iced tea was a bit sticky but nothing a drop of activator can’t fix. I absolutely loved the clay peace that you mix in and made the slime very fun to play with! Boba one was amazing as well! The sent was really nice and I felt like I could play with it for hours! One thing I was disappointed about was that it didn’t come with activator but my friends have some so it doesn’t make to much of a difference!Smell is amazing and smells excellent !Loved this shop and would definitely order again!!!!

UPDATE:
it is no longer sticky after playing with it for a bit. After shipping it will tend to be a big sticky but play with it for a bit and it’s as good as new!

I love supporting family owned businesses and fully understand there might be a delay. Communication is key, this is the only down side to this company. Other than that, the slimes look amazing and smell exactly how I thought. I would purchase from them again but now I know more about them, I can measure my own expectations better. 4 out of 5!

Just took a while to deliver (which is understandable because they are based in Hove, England I belive which is quite far)

Ordered on the 24th March, allowed up to 9 business days for delivery. Received an email saying order on its way with a track here button. Tracker never updates, sent an email on the 5th April asking for an update. No reply. Thank god I ordered via PayPal, I've now managed to get my money back. I really don't recommend this company. Shocking customer service. They don't respond to emails.

Takes a while to arrive compared to Amazon et.al. but definitely worth the wait. My daughter said it’s the best slime she’s ever had. Smells wonderful too. Extra gifts and personalised message was a lovely touch. Only feedback would be the size of the pots; my daughter said once extra activator is added, the slime expands and is a little too big to go back in the original pot. Would definitely order from here again.

At first, after seeing those negative reviews about how they are not receiving their order, I start to feel concerned because as they said, they are no longer work on Esty and I cannot track the order. So I send an email to them to see if it’s a scam. BUT DEFINITELY NOT, squishy squashy slimes reply me as soon as possible with such a sweet attitude!!! Just after two days, I received with my order, It’s absolutely perfect, they even write me a letter with my name on it!!! The slime is perfect with great quality, and really aesthetic as well, they were packed carefully and also have few sweets as gift and a little cute sticker. I absolutely love this, I recommend this and I would definitely buy from here again😍😍

I love the slime, it's at a very fair price as well. The slimes do come sticky, however, there is more than enough activator. The slime came with 3 cute stickers and 2 sweet treats! The slime did take nearly 2 weeks to come, but it did arrive on the promised date.
I do have one small thing. The smell of the DIY cookie slimes smell made my noise feel slightly off. But the cloud cream slime is like heaven.
Defo recommend for Christmas of Birthday presents.

I ordered the taro bubble tea slime and I’m am so impressed. The slime itself was such a good texture and was like nothing ever seen before. As I previously read before I ordered there were some bad reviews I was nervous at first but now I’m so happy I ordered it. When I received the parcel the first thing I saw was a heartfelt thank you not which was handwritten and a slime care book. I looked under the tissue paper and my slime was there but she also added a sweet and a cute mini popit and a sticker. It also came with some activator which is really helpful. I just want to say that I am so amazed by how much love and effort was put into this order whereas if you ordered it from a large business they would just chuck it in a box with no care. On the note that she wrote me I crucially remembered one part, every time you choose a small business, you are supporting an actual persons dream. I will definitely be ordering again. This person needs the attention they deserve

Ordered a slime 28 days ago srill nothing I recived an email saying that it is getting intő my county march 17 but it didn't very disapointed I spent over 100 dollars

I thought it was a scam after seeing the reviews however I was wrong. The slime is amazing and my 9 year old loves them. Nicely packaged and a few little extras like sweets

My daughter ordered a honey slime and it was to say the least absolutely Amazing perfect condition , amazing quality , perfect price I will definitely be buying again such a great business !

I am an adult who plays with slime to self-soothe and de-stress! I have been a loyal customer/fan of Squishy Squashy Slimes for quite a while now and have placed many orders - at least 8, I would guess. My latest order arrived today.

I ordered some Valentine's slimes in addition to two clear and boba designs and they are amazing: creative, high-quality, aesthetic and such fun to play with. They are made by a really sweet girl who puts so much love into her work, and delivered in good time in a cute box including activator and little freebies.

At one point last year I know that she went through a bad time with Etsy and some personal stresses, and the business sadly suffered. It is now set up as an independent website, and from my latest experience things seem to be running smoothly again. Dispatch time was a few days (inc. the weekend) and my message to the customer service email was responded to in a timely manner.

I am already planning my next order!

My slimes arrived today. Each one is well made, the tub is full to the brim and smells great. I also got free stickers, sweets, mini pop it and a hair scrunchie. These also came with activator and a slime care guide. The only negative is the time I had to wait for the slimes to arrive. The full 7 working days not including the weekend. But I am very happy with them and will be ordering more!

This company is a scam targeting young children on instagram.
My child saw the videos and we thought it was a real company. Ordered several slimes in early December for kids' Christmas presents, with delivery promised in 2-4 business days. Nothing has arrived, and there is no update on shipping available. There is no business telephone number. Have followed up by email twice and haven't heard back. Have asked the bank to dispute the charge as this company clearly isn't going to send any product. They aren't operating on Etsy, so assume they were kicked off the platform for non delivery. What a scam!

Terrible and a total scam !!
Placed order for child's xmas presents.
Spoke on chat numerous times.
To a robot !! Not human at all.
Requested information or guarantee the items would arrive by xmas! Needless to say they have not arrived STILL !! So we're never made nor dispatched !! Shocking customer service , or lack off clearly .....
Ive had to contact bank, to do a charge back to my card for the money as still have not received items and its now January!! WHICH THEY ARE STILL IGNORNING THE BANKS REQUEST AS WELL!! DISGUSTING COMPANY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! very disappointed little girl at xmas!!

AVOID I ordered a mystery box at the end of September, I received an email in October explaining they had had flooding in their workshop but my order was being packed, about a week later I had an email saying the package had been shipped.
We are now into November and no package, no response to emails or the website chat option.the website looks professional and their slimes have good reviews on YouTube etc but this appears to be a complete scam company please don’t fall for it.
