8.5 weeks and counting waiting for my order. Chased a couple of weeks ago, no response apart from an automated email to say my order was on its way. Except it isn’t. It hasn’t shipped and still no updates. I will be contacting for a refund, this is ridiculous

I placed the order 23 June and today 9th July I still have not had any communication about the order (other than confirmation on the day I placed it) and no reply to the three emails I sent them. I don't recommend this business to anyone, it's just a waste of time. I disputed this with Amex and got confirmation I will get the money back.

Well I saw some other reviews after buying this product and it wasn't positive. My slime was Hawaiian punch and arrived on time though it took a while. I will say the slime was a bit discoloured but otherwise fine. This is just my experience and I don't know what your customer service was like.

The order was placed 7 weeks ago & has not arrived . Communication has been very poor. My daughter has spent her pocket money on this and is very disappointed to have not received the slime. I love supporting small businesses, but in this case, I would avoid at all costs !

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Apparently the slimes are very nice but I wouldn’t know as it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received so much as an order update. I understand that it’s a small business but if that’s the case then batch make and sell a limited number on a drop day or something. I very rarely leave bad reviews, in fact I’m not sure I ever have done before, but the lack of communication or planning here is just dire.

Edit: it’s been two months. Ordered on the 2nd June and it is now 2nd August. I had an email on the 24th July to say it had shipped, but so far have not received anything. I understand things take longer with small businesses but two months is taking the mick.

hello, I ordered from squishy slimes on May 2, around May 30, I asked for an update, which I received, a week later I received an email stating that the package had been shipped, which turned out not to be true, I sent an email a week later. To get a refund they didn't respond until a week later but I now have my money back.

The delivery was slow unfortunately so please bear that in mind when ordering. It took roughly 3/4 weeks to receive my order, however when I emailed I did receive a fast response that my order was being dealt with. Both slimes I received have been amazing, the scents are so nice! Please make sure you use the activator to start with! I have never used slime before and at first they are very sticky and made such a mess, but that is down to me not knowing. I would 100% order from here again, just needs to be a bit faster on delivery to keep customers happy :)

I give this little company a 5⭐. although it took a little while to come that wasn't there fault,there hand made and made with love.through the proses of f shipping I was kept updated throughout the journey.give this amazing company ago it's worth it .

Slime is amazing. And a few extra bits like

I really liked this slime. Lots of reviews were saying how the slimes took months to come, but to me, my slime came in at least a week and a half. To add to this review, this slime came with 5 sweeties, an activator pen and some stickers. This slime did need a drop or two of activator, but not much. Overall this slime was totally worth the money and the wait. I totally recommend this shop (if you’re willing to wait a bit).

Order placed on April 1st, still didn't received anything. Got dispatch information more than 2 weeks ago, but still nothing, asked for tracking number but didn't get any reply (there might not be a number, but I asked if there is, no one replied to my e-mail).
Slimes might be good, if you are lucky receive it, but the delivery time is unacceptable.
I understand this is a small company, but so are most of european slime stores, and they don't work like this one.

Wow, how is it possible that some people get their products within a week-two weeks and some wait 2 months? Or it took 1,5 months only to pack slimes just because I'm from outside UK? That's discrimination.
I've sent 2 e-mails, no response, at this point looks like a scam.

9 weeks of waiting, still nothing, and no track number since they don't respond to e-mails, so I don't know if they realy dispatched it or just pretend of doing so, so they don't have to refund.

Package nowhere to be seen, in a meantime different slime store (also very small) from another country (not mine) sent me already 2 orders, the last one withing 2 days after making an order. So you have comparison to how this "company" works.

Still didnt receive my order. Almost 3 months has passed. They just straight lie to people, that they dispatched the items. No wonder they are not on etsy.

I'm going to keep this updated until I get ANY reponse from this so-called company. 35 working days has passed since they "shipped it".
I didn't receive items ordered 3 MONTHS ago and they don't reply to my e-mails. But they took my money right away.

They won't respond to any e-mails, asked for a refund but no response.

Still no response, no package, no refund. I've been robbed and ignored. Disgusting company. I am not going to leave it like this, will report everywhere I can.

Still no response and no package. Having small business doesn't mean you can just steal money from people and don't reply to emails for months. Since they don't respond I contacted my bank to get a refund, maybe that will do something.

It's been 113 days since I made this order.
Still no contact from this "company". I requested refund through my bank, but they still need to agree to it so I'm not sure if I will get money back.

Its August already and Im still waiting for them to accept my bank request. DO NOT ORDER THERE!! If you want to throw your money away there are better ways to do so. It looks like they are just sending products to only some people, and the rest is robbed. HOW THEY ARE STILL ACTIVE is beyond me

Some people say that the order will arrive eventualy- no it will not in too many cases. I placed an order 5 MONTHS AGO and since then no contact, no refund and no package.I didnt know Im playing a gamble game, throw your money away and you might or might not receive something.

Update 14th September: I got a refund through my bank. Slimes never arrived and I never got any reponse from those scammers. Avoid, there are tons of better slime shops in Europe, and there are those literaly run by one or two people and they never steal like this "family company". Family of scammers. Im pretty sure most 5 star reviews are just fake and wrote by the owners. Don't let them fool you with "busy period", they have this excuse permament on their site.

DISGUSTING SERVICE! My daughter ordered on 20th April and was told delivery 3-5 days - over 1 month later she has still not received her slime order and is getting no response to emails. Terrible terrible customer service will be reporting to trading standards AVOID!!!!!!!

Weeks since I placed an order and still no dispatch. There contact information includes an email address in which you will get no reply no matter how many times you try. There is no option on my order to create a refund, so at this point in time I'm £27 down.
They use the excuse on the website that they are busy and all small business. There target audience is prominently children and we all know how impatience they can be when excited. Therfore if you can't fulfill orders in a reasonable time then only advistise limited stock or hire some more staff and stop messing customers around.
I'm not sure what I can do at this point myself other than help prevent others from getting scammed by leaving this review.

I placed my order on 01/03/24 and after 2 weeks of nothing I was getting a little worried. I checked the reviews and really started to panic thinking I had lost £50 on slime that wouldn’t arrive. I emailed and got a quick reply (less than 24 hours). My order was soon delivered. They smell and feel amazing. I just feel like the delivery and communication could be a bit better. Maybe batch make certain slimes that can then be bought on a drop day, like every Saturday or something.

This would be a pure 5 stars except for the fact the communication with them is non-existent. They state up to 11 days for shipment. My items took a month to arrive. So do not expect to get the items speedily.
Now the positives.
The box was incredibly well packaged. Alongside the slimes ordered the activator is a great plus and the care guide is very well laid out, very up scale looking and really well thought out.
Also inside the box were a bunch of really cute stickers, some sweets and a small fidget key ring. Really nice little touches.
The slimes themselves are brilliant really nice to play with, smelly great and leave your hands with a wonderful smell after use.
I do recommend this company.
As I said though, be mindful that you will be waiting at least a month (from my experience)

I have ordered this slime nearly 6 weeks and still has NOT ARRIVED.

My daughter spend all of her birthday money on slime with this company. After few weeks wait we had an email to say dispatched and then nothing arrived and no tracking available even though dispatch email says track your order. Still no slime 6 weeks after order and no personal communication to our queries. Do not use. Looking to report to trading standards.

Where is my order? Ive not recieved it and no response to my emails I've sent, not good at all, this is a present for someone and looks like it won't be here on time. Will be contacting my bank and trading standards.

I wish I had read all these reviews before letting my daughter to spend her pocket money! We ordered on 23rd March, over 3 weeks later - no order and no update email received! Wrote an email and auto reply advised busy time and working alone, then why take the order or why not advise of expected waiting time before customers make the order? Probably they wouldn't order then. Appalling service! :(
Edit: slime received on 27th April, there were no update emails on dispatch. Slime ok, daughter happy, though 8oz tub of bubble tea slime had only 15 bubbles/beads in it which she felt was very little on amount of slime. There were few stickers and sweets included in the package which child was happy about.
Wouldn't recommend due long waiting time and lack of order updates.

Absolutely awful company. 5 weeks later and no delivery, you can't even contact the company and when you do they have the cheek to say "it's only me packing the slimes" THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! Don't have a company unless you can deliver.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
