The lighting I received is absolutely…

The lighting I received is absolutely stunning. It's clearly well-made, the finish is flawless, and it's held up briliantly. I was worried about ordering online but honestly, the quality exceeded what I expected.

Wrong order and slow response

Same as many others. Order placed in November. Delivered 16 December 2025. Wrong item sent. Chased up multiple times. Finally, mid-January said would resend the correct order; still nothing and no new order confirmation. Will be taking to Australia trading standards; they should not be allowed to operate sales in Australia. Avoid.

Order was not what was pictured

Order was not what was pictured - wrong colour and poor quality, not worth the money at all. Despite the company being contactable and me providing photographic evidence of poor item they have refused total refund and only given a 15% refund and said they will give me a discount on my next order. I will not be ordering again and do not recommend buying from them

Bad product, cheap and dont do refunds or returns. Avoid avoid avoid.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. Absolutely avoid this website at all costs!
I ordered a wall clock from this website which costed $130. The description said it's 24 inch and it's made from metal and glass. When I received it, it was barely 12inch, and was made from cheap thin plastic. I emailed them to return it, and as I expected there is no response from them.

AVOID

Sent wall lights that weren't to Australian code and my electrician refused to install. Stack and clear said it wasn't listed as code so it was my fault. I said that's fine can I return.. and now they are ignoring my emails for return address for 2 weeks. AVOID.

Great item - Great Customer Service

Item received exactly as described however incorrect plug attached. Customer service responded with a solution and issue was resolved in a timely manner. Would purchase and deal with this company again. Very Helpful… Thank you

Update on tracking review provided below. Do not buy from here…

Update on tracking as per the review below. I received tracking information eight days ago and have been unable to trace. When I contacted them I was told it had been shipped today! Eight days after the original advice. This is obviously a scam. Do not order from this business (?).

Had a terrible experience. Item was sent from China and took 2 and a half weeks, wrong item, and no assistance provided. Likely a drop shipping site. Do not buy.
