I am very disappointed with the service provided by this staff benefits company. When they first approached me about their service, I had not made any inquiries myself. However, I was placed under significant pressure to sign the contract immediately. I was told that if I did not sign right away, the offer would no longer be available.
Unfortunately, I was not given detailed information about the terms and conditions at the time. After signing, I carefully reviewed the contract and realized that I had not been fully informed of all the details. I contacted the company shortly afterward—approximately five hours later—to explain that I had changed my mind, but I was told that cancellation was not possible.
A few months later, I attempted to contact the person who had encouraged me (Lee Martin) to sign the contract, but I was informed that he was no longer working for the company. This situation has left me feeling misled and disappointed.
I have paid nearly £1,800 and have not received any meaningful service or benefits in return. In my experience, this has been a waste of money. I believe customers should be given clear information and sufficient time to make informed decisions before signing any agreement.

No service after selling to you. They were great at selling their "offer" but once we had signed up which was around 9 months ago, we've not had a single call, email or message to see how they can generate us a single lead. We were told there would be a push from their end to the Trusts we would be partnered with, but we've had not a single call come through to us from there. It seems they aren't keen on building relationships and would rather just have a quick sale.
Would not recommend anyone to use StaffBenefits for any service.

I was cold-called by Staff Benefits, who introduced an opportunity to generate leads through NHS Trusts. they arranged a Teams meeting during which I was told that the calls are recorded, and I was presented an exclusive opportunity to advertise my brand within the Wolverhampton NHS Trust, covering both New Cross and Cannock hospitals. they assured me that no other mortgage advisor in the area would be advertised through the Trust, emphasizing that this was an exclusive deal for me. However, when I received the contract, I noticed that the exclusivity clause had been removed.
I reached out to Staff Benefits multiple times for clarification. It took around four weeks for them to respond, during which I was informed that I could not contest the contract. they also demanded a payment of £1,500, plus late fees.
Recently, I learned that another mortgage advisor I know had also been contacted by Staff Benefits and was promised the same exclusive rights.
When I inquired about whether their calls are recorded, they stated that only some calls are recorded. I also requested a recording of my Teams meeting but I was told that these recordings are only kept for four weeks—ironically, they didn’t tell me this until exactly four weeks after my meeting.
Please be aware and ensure you conduct thorough research before engaging with this company.

I wish I had found the reviews before I signed up. I initially spoke with Lee who seems to be the head. A complete scam, they pressure you into signing and promise you all sorts of company benefits and sales with I assume what are false figures. I was promised my services being advertised to a huge number of people, via email and online. When contacting the NHS they knew nothing of this company. After I signed up, after having received 0 enquiries for my service for the first few months, I started to question where my services were actually being advertised. I contacted them by email and nobody got back to me for weeks, always claiming there was some issue or someone would get back to me with no result. Then I started to phone and would be passed around from person to person. I asked to see the newsletter or email where my services were being advertised which they couldn't provide - what sort of marketing company isn't even able to provide you with proof of the work they are doing for you??? I eventually managed to receive a phone call from Lee who claimed things would change. A few more months went by, again with no outcome and I realised I've lost the money I paid to them and realised how much of a scam they are. With so many small business owners on their site, I can only imagine the amount of people who are in a similar position. They will also promote their own partner company services over your own when they promise you that there will be no overlap and you've paid for their service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress enough

If I could give a minus I would. Do not get involved with this company. They are not part of the NHS they are a marketing company look at the history on companies house
They make promises and do not deliver. They quoted and I paid over £1600 for advertising for 12 months. Others have been charged £3,000 and after a lot of chasing what have I ended up with but nothing. Furthermore, my solicitor has reviewed the contract and concluded that it contains unfair cancellation clauses that would not hold up in court. Avoid and contact any legal protection you have to get your money back.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The marketing team are great to work to with. The person who assertively encourage me to sign up for what looked like a great "exclusive" opportunity to be marketed as a mortgage adviser for NHS Ayrshire & Arran, this as delivered nothing. The service costs over £2.5k upfront but nothing comes from it. This "exclusive service" has been offered to every single one of my professional contacts in the local area and I understand at least one other adviser has been signed up. I have not received a single enquiry in 2 months and with a staff number of 9000 this is surprising that not one of these people had a mortgage question. The person I have the biggest problem with is the one who signed me up who has been stubbornly unavailable and does return any of my emails or calls. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY ASSURANCES PROVIDED TO YOU ON GOOD FAITH AS THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT WILL DELIVER ON. MY ADVICE IS TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND LOOK AT OTHER AVENUES TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.
