Really pleased with our garden furniture. It arrived within a week and although one box was missing from the original delivery, Jacob answered my e mail the same day and sorted the problem with yodel meaning the remaining box arrived the next day. The furniture itself is lovely, really good quality and pretty straight forward to build (you build it upside down!) Would definitely buy from here again and I’ll happily recommend to friends and family.

I had a manufacturing problem with the bedside table that I ordered but Jacob at Staffordshireuk.com has done everything possible to rectify the issue. The customer service offered by him was exceptional . I would certainly give 5 stars for the customer service! Thank you for your help and I wish you every success with your business.

We ordered our garden furniture back in March, we still have not received it. I have emailed to ask when it should be arriving but have not had any reply. Feeling very displeased.

When arrived furniture better than expected ,looks great & solid

Isn't it good, Swedish redwood? Certainly worth the wait given the global shortage of wood widely reported. Two garden chairs built from scratch, one wooden coffee table. Two different sales platforms, the chairs from Amazon, delivery extra, the table direct from the company- the latter even offered free delivery! I ordered June 8, and they came today, well ahead of predicted July 5. Customer service excellent - whether email or updates via text. They also followed through on suggestion to save a second trip out and deliver all three together. Helpful young man carried them through to garden and placed them where I wanted. That's worth a £20 tip. After all I'd saved on one delivery anyway and the hassle of hanging around. I think the craftmanship is great and they are incredibly reasonably priced for functional yet stylish furniture. Really comfortable too - high backed lumbar support. Very chuffed Staffordshire Garden Furniture. Don't let the iffy reviews get you down.

Delayed for 2nd time so have requested a refund.

Furniture arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. Waterproofing works very well. It looks great and is comfortable to sit on. The only drawback is the absence of care instructions (can't find them on website either), e.g. cleaning marks and stains from fabric covers.

Furniture is good quality. Winter cover didn’t arrive but they quickly sent one out. Wish I hadn’t bothered to order as it’s cheap, too big and I could have bought better and cheaper on Amazon.

After talking via email with Jacob to confirm that the garden sofa set I wanted was going to arrive when stated on the product page, I placed my order. Was then really surprised and super happy when it turned up three weeks early! And in time for a beautiful hot weekend. It was my first time ordering from StaffordshireUK, I would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely top notch. To start with service; complete personal service from the start, which is rare these days. Jacob always responded to my emails & questions, updates & queries on delivery. No BS about when my product was going to turn up & about expected delays.

Great purchase of the Canadian Spa Tub, had some issues with the suppliers but worked through by Jacob in our favour. Very happy with the tub!

I ordered a garden furniture set at the beginning of February and it has taken four months to arrive after first being told it would be delivered at the beginning of April. It was a little disappointing that I had to contact the company to see where my delivery was every time it was due for delivery only to be told there were further delays. That being said, when Jacob did respond to my emails, he we always very polite and apologies and I do appreciate that the delays were out of his control - it just would have been nice to have been contacted about the delays, instead of having to chase myself. After nearly four months, MOST of the furniture arrived yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful and seems to be very high quality, we are really happy with it. However, two of the chairs were missing from the delivery, having chased this up, this was the fault of the delivery company who forgot to load them onto the van. They have contacted today and the final two chairs will be delivered on Thursday. In a nutshell, beautiful furniture, good quality and value for money, just a real wait for it and communication was slightly lacking at times.

Was very wary of ordering on line with spending over a £1000 but after conversation with Jacob via email but our minds at ease ,and so glad we did the Georgia rattan furniture arrived so well packed and really top class product. We did worry when the delivery date was missed but Jacob always replied to our emails and the delays was because of all the upheaval this year . Although this came through Maze furniture if I had ordered with them ,£200 dearer .so well done Jacob pleasure dealing with you
