Exceeded expectations.

The service provided was excellent, my solar system wasn't working as something had gone wrong with the Wi-Fi connection and Standout Solar brought it to my attention. I made one telephone call they came out and got it working again. Stuart did an amazing job, he spent some time but knew what he had to do, he is very knowledgeable and is passionate about his work.

What makes Standout Solar stand out from the others is their amazing service. Since we have been dealing with them, we have welcomed three of their team into our house and felt like they were old friends when they left. They have delivered on every promise, followed up with phone calls and visits, offered great advice on energy consumption and have been professional and friendly every time. Best of all it is less than a month since installation and our most recent electricity bill was $7.20 for the month! We were averaging $150 to $250!! We are a family of 3 and have a pool and a 6 person spa that operates daily... VERY HAPPYJAN!! We absolutely (and already have) recommend Standout Solar!

Kai, Solar Expert, was experienced with presentation & informative about how solar worked & money savings on power bills. Josh, installer arrived on time, very polite & worked with us in how the installation was progressing etc. Customer Care Team Sam & Stef were friendly & professional to talk to. They even flew a drone to show how the solar panels looked installed on the roof.

We are extremely happy with the service, warmth and the significant reduction in our bills! All the installers were so respectful and helpful. Would recommend.

I decided to connect my Wi-Fi to the NBN - I had previously been with another Wi-Fi provider. However, I was unable to connect the solar inverters to the new Wi-Fi. Try as I may i could not get them to work. I telephone numerous providers for assistance and many promises and appointments were made but - none of the providers arrived - on contacting them numerous excuses were made but still nothing happened.
I contacted Standout Solar and left a message on the answerphone - within the hour I received a reply, and an appointment made. The representative, Sam, arrived on time and quickly saw where the problem was with the three inverters and rectified it. She then reconnected the system to my mobile. At each stage she explained what she would be doing.
Once everything was up and running she left explaining that if there were any problems to call back and she would return. The next day Sam gave a courtesy call to enquire if all was ok and did I have and questions.

Service and contact like this is almost unprecedented with other provider(s), as i found out to my frustration. I wish I had found Stand Out Solar earlier.

The cost was reasonable and, as mentioned previously, the service, aftercare and willingness to help really is second to none. I rate them 5 Star and recommend them highly

Highly recommend standout solar! Friendly and reliable staff that are great at their jobs. Since getting my solar installed I’ve had great savings. Also I have been contacted by standout solar if my solar inverters are offline due to change of modems or blackouts. They are constantly monitoring my system to ensure my solar runs smoothly. 5 stars standout solar.

Rob came very kindly investigated existing solar issue. He researched the system and found out it was only installed not too long ago. I bought the he in January 2021 - so happy to find out it was still under warranty. He showed me how to get in touch with the people that installed it for a replacement inverter. Thanks Rob and thank you Standout Solar - I will now be able to reap the benefits of having a solar system on my house. Very happy to recommend Standout Solar to other customers who are looking to install solar in their house.

Our first experience with Standout Solar was in early 2022 when we were researching everything we could about having Solar installed. Lisa came to our home & sat with us, explaining the whole process from start to finish - actually there is no finish because their follow up service continues! Lisa is very passionate about her company & the way that solar is our future. We didn’t feel rushed or under any obligation. No question asked was avoided & her knowledge of the product & process far outshone any information we had received from other companies.
After discussing our needs & working out what was best suited, we were pleasantly surprised at the quote as it was obvious we were receiving great value for our money, - & if figures were correct we could expect to recoup that money over time.
In August 2022 we had Standout Solar provide & instal our solar and we can’t praise this company high enough.
The trades people were punctual, polite, friendly , respectful & efficient.
The installation was completed in a very professional manner.
During this time we also met Ross, Lisa’s business partner. He was also extremely knowledgeable, very helpful & reassuring and he has followed up from time to time to ensure we are getting what we expected.
Fast forward over 18mths & today we are in credit with our electricity bill. We have had no issues with any aspect of our Solar products or installation and if we did, we know that help is only a phone-call away & hands on assistance is local.
Another great example of the wonderful customer service provided which has prompted me to write this review today is that we recently had an NBN upgrade & were contacted this morning by Adrian informing us that our solar data was offline. He came out within the hour & had the problem fixed. We can’t recommend Standout Solar more highly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I have been using Standout’s service for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. Great communication and support! Would recommend to others.

Our solar system went off line and a technician came by today and reconnected it for us. They contacted us to let us know the system was still working but the internet connection to the usage app was not. We didn't have to do anything but be here. Everyone is so friendly, they always go above and beyond, and that's been their approach for the 2+ years that we've had the system.

Great before during and after service. The sales team , the installers and the office staff were all very courteous and great to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending StandOut Solar to all our friends , families and work colleagues.

Lovely sales consultant, extremely informative. Was great to talk to a human and the salesman Rob was able to connect with our wants.
