Stannah Canada Avis 18

I have been a Stannah satisfied customer for approximately 25 years. We have 2 stairlifts. Today I phoned for service and they came within hours. They were installing in the area. They did a very thorough check. Problem resolved. My thanks to both gentlemen Kevin and Jeff. And all I paid was the service charge. 25 years and still going. True quality products. And superb service.

Two things.

1) The 888 number displayed on the website fails.
2) I found an alternative 888 number which I called and as soon as the "agent" discovered which province I was from the call was disconnected.

Stannah Canada was amazing right from the Sales Representative Jamie Smith who was knowledgeable and non- pressuring and our installer Joe who in no time had our stair lift installed efficiently and taught us how to use the stairlift safely. You will not be disappointed with Stannah Canada's customer service and care as it is flawless and exceptional.

From initial meeting with professional and personable Sales Associate to friendly installer and quick installation of chair lift, very memorable experience. Good solid and easy to use product that I am sure I will benefit from for years to come.

My experience with Stannah Canada was excellent from day 1, from when Steve came out to give us a quote. He gave us all the necessary information we needed for our March of dimes application and explained all out options. Then when the team came out for the installation they were patient in explaining everything to us they were absolutely professional. Thank you so much for making my quality of life so much better!

The two young men who installed the lift were very careful and helpful. And the lift itsels works very well.

We knew the design and installation would be difficult since we have a split level townhome with 3, 180 degree turns, but the team at Stannah did a flawless job from the digital survey on day one to the installation and demonstration.
It did take some time since it was a very custom project but it was worth the wait.
