KYC Failure and chatgpt replies from customer support.
I am trying to purchase a play store gift card but I am unable to purchase the gift card as it is continuously asking us to verify via digilocker. Despite following the procedure and providing the necessary details, it redirects us to the page where we choose the amount of gift cards. Upon selecting the same, it again asks us to verify. And this process just continues indefinitely without being unable to make a purchase. And support gives chatgpt replies. Since, they don't want to fix the problem, let it be the reason for their own ruin.
