Have glasses made had to go back and have them remade because they did the prescription wrong. I’m still having a hard time using them. I just don’t know.

I was lied to about my order
I was lied to about my order. Been waiting almost a solid month for glasses and 3 weeks for contacts. Paid several hundred dollars for absolutely nothing! Customer service sucks! Ordered didn’t get submitted for 2 1/2 weeks! Head supervisors refuse to respond to emails for complaints or anything else. No way to contact corporate officials when needed per United States laws!

I was told that they would remake my…
I was told that they would remake my lenses by my current prescription from another optical center. My vision was off with the first purchase. I wasn't given the new prescription that they remade my lenses by and it seems the lenses are still not right.

Wonderful associates in the Dothan,AL office. Walk-In visit was quick, but I feel it was very thorough. Glasses ate of good quality and the prescription is great. I highly recommend anyone that need vision care to give them a try.

The eye exam was fine
The eye exam was fine, when i received my glasses, im supposed to have progressive no lines and i cant read anything with the new pair of glasses. It is to blurry. I did call and they are supposed to send a new pair so we will see how they are.
