A bad day turned good
First off I had an appointment. I had to wait for someone to get to me because it was so busy. I was frustrated as hell. The young lady that helped me was so pleasant and understanding. She explained everything to me. I needed glasses asap but was told I wouldn't get my RX for 10 to 14 days. I again panicked, but she knew what to do. She got me into some contacts and I was able to see to do my job. What was a stressful time was turned into a knowledgeable and pleasant experience. I can't remember her name, but I thank God for her taking the time to understand my needs and help me in what felt like a crisis. My experience was great!
