First time visit for eyeglasses
I was a little apprehensive as I've never been tested for glasses, or been to an optimaligist in my life. But my wait as a walk in was short, testing was easy with zero discomfort. I actually received my glasses almost a week and half early. So I'm quite pleased with the service.

Found my most favorite frames I have had over the years yet! I got both my frames within the same day as well...very impressed. The Sales Manager Stephanie was incredibly nice and helpful, and the whole process combined took no time! The eye exam was quick and efficient and I was able to pick up my new glasses the next morning!

They are not very attentive to new clients or people in general when they come in. They didn’t even realize that my glasses were in, couldn’t find them. Lastly they try to scare you into getting something you don’t need. Too much like oil changes….

I went twice and they could never get…
I went twice and they could never get my prescription right and I was still charged for the exam even though it ended with the wrong prescription.!!!

I don't recommend.
The experience was disappointing from the long wait time sitting in the building for both ordering and picking up the glasses to the surprise cost of the glasses.
