Appalling Service
Despite ordering my named star on 8 December 2017 (in plenty of time for Christmas), I still have not received the documents. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and had two online "chats" with absolutely no outcome. I have asked for the documents to be resent and have also asked for a refund, both requests have been ignored. This is the worst service I have come across and can only congratulate other reviewers who received a decent service. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
