I have been waiting for over 4 hours for a reply from a human and not Ai as to why I have been waiting over 4 hours for my withdrawal to be processed. They say that they respond to anybody using live chat or support within a few minutes but it’s been over 4 hours for me and nothing. Stalling the procedure hoping that I get frustrated and cancel the withdrawal I think is the tactics they are practicing. Can’t even tell me if all my id requirements have been verified. After I get my money from them I won’t be using this casino again and anybody else that chooses too is a very silly person.

Yeah you wanna say it in the t&c’s and my responsibility but what you don’t know is they had removed all bets between $2.50 & $12.50. If you don’t get it I’ll explain. Bets on wagered bonus spins are capped at $8. Removing bets between $2:50 and $12.50 effectively caps the highest bet to $2.50 as a bet at $12.50 as I did violates the t’s&c’s thus forfeiting any winnings. There was no warning or error code that stops players betting too high like most other casinos. They even went as far as to gaslight me and say that there was 5 & $7 bets available then $10 after I mentioned it then again after I sent a screenshot of the dodgy bet table with bets missing. Ok ok
