The staff are very helpful when you go to see and show you all the different units and show you a design and measurements all lovely colours and helpful with everything.

Needs must. Needed new bedroom furniture for 3 rooms, called Starplan and the lovely Jenny came out and measured up for me and discussed what was needed to suit us all, great input, very helpful indeed. Jenny then planned it all out, sent the sketches and everything looked great . A few weeks later all rooms kitted out perfectly, the gentlemen who came were very neat and tidy and we are delighted with the results. These rooms were fitted above 15 years ago also by Starplan and I would not hesitate to call on them again, a great team and wonderful furniture.

I got a kitchen installed on the 1st of April 2026 and I am pleased with the result. Staff were friendly. However our old cabinets and such were still in our garden at the time. The fitters had left bits of bench, door, bags,boxes and saw dust scattered all over the garden and stuffed int the sides of the previous cabinets that were already in the garden. I do not expect a perfect clean up by any means but dumping and stuffing away a full car boot sized box of cardboard filled with sawdust, had it all over the garden and bushes. I’m not sure what the policy is on waste product but the way things were disposed of was lazy and disrespectful.

I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Laurence Kennedy and all his team at Starplan Newtownabbey.

From inception to completion they have always provided and demonstrated total professionalism throughout all the works they have carried out.

This is the fourth room they have completed at our home.

Their two fitters Lee and Mark where punctual, courtesy, and attention to detail was to the highest standards, “they treat our home as it was their own”

I have no problem recommending Starplan to anyone.

We had gone to other places looking and planning our kitchen but it was Gordon from the Newtownabbey branch that gave us the best plan . It was exactly what we had wanted the kitchen to look like . We got more worktop space without losing any cupboards. The kitchen actually looks much bigger now . Everything went so smoothly from start to finish would really recommend here and Gordon if anyone is looking their kitchen redone

I have placed numerous orders with Starplan over the last few years for bedroom furniture and fitted wardrobes and have been delighted with the service, quality of material and fitting. Hoping to concentrate on my kitchen later this year!

I’ve had 3 bedrooms done with them. We are very pleased with all, from designing to fitting they have been fantastic. The designs were done exactly to how we wanted it and even the fitting they went beyond what we expected. I will be using them again in the future for the rest of my bedrooms. Definitely recommend.

I have had my 3rd bedroom fitted by starplan. The team is very good from the designers to the fitters. The admin team are also helpful. The fitters were prompt and very efficient. The wardrobes are pricey but you do get great quality furniture for your money
