Starplan Avis 

We had occasion to go to Starplan for the first time. Having to move into a new home and downsize my downsizing I realized I needed the help of a well established company that makes the most of every square millimetre. Right from our first encounter with Kirsty from Bedrooms, we just had a really wonderful experience. Friendly and professional and my goodness so skilled, Kirsty was amazing and helped us through the whole process. Well fitting day came and the three chaps where very friendly and diligent, they took one room each and frankly in a few hours my new house finally felt like a home. They left the place absolutely spotless too! The quality of the cabinets and drawers are incredible and the standard of work is second to none. In the interim of making up the plans and fitting, we actually decided to get a new kitchen and went back to Starplan. Gordon from Kitchens was on hand to help us. Once again we experienced a very friendly, helpful and professional service with someone who really knows the business. We are currently excitedly waiting for our fitting and wishing Starplan also did bathrooms. Thank you Starplan.

We have had the privilege to get our fitted wardrobes from starplan for the third time. And I must say we are so pleased with the quality and fitting. They look stunning. Also family and friends have said how good the quality is. A door needed changing therefore again the aftersales has bed amazing. They do exactly as they say.

We are absolutely delighted with Evan’s new bedroom from Starplan. A huge thank you to designer Sara, who really listened to what we wanted and created a room that is both practical and beautiful.

Also, a massive thank you to fitters Andrew and Neil who were fantastic from start to finish friendly, professional, organised, and incredibly tidy. They made minimal mess and their workmanship is excellent. You can really tell they take pride in what they do.

The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and the finished room has exceeded our expectations. Evan’s reaction says it all… apparently he is “never getting out of bed” now! 😂

Would highly recommend Starplan to anyone considering fitted furniture. Definitely a five-star service!

We recently had sliding wardrobes fitted by Starplan Dungannon and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
A special thanks to Chantelle, who was fantastic throughout the entire process — from measuring up to helping with the design. She was extremely thorough with every detail, professional, and made sure everything was exactly right.
The joiners and fitters also did an outstanding job. The quality and workmanship are excellent, and the finished wardrobes look amazing.
We did have one minor hiccup along the way, but Justin, the manager in Dungannon, dealt with it quickly and professionally, making sure everything was sorted properly.
Overall, we are delighted with the service, quality, and attention to detail from the whole team. I would highly recommend Starplan Dungannon to anyone considering fitted wardrobes or sliding wardrobes.

Sara was pleasant, helpful and really patient with me as I kept flitting about looking at different options! The communication from starplan regarding delivery and fitting was spot on. And the 2 fitters were super efficient and helpful. I love my new bedroom - it is a wonderful haven. Thank you

Extremely happy with the service I received from Starplan.
In particular, I would like to compliment the joiners who fitted our wardrobes. They were so efficient, helpful, and professional. They worked to a very high standard and were also incredibly clean and tidy, they left the room absolutely spotless afterwards, which was very much appreciated.

The wardrobes look fantastic, and the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent.

Very good customer service from Stephen in Bangor showroom listened to what ideas we had . From measuring planning and installation .very happy with the quality of the kitchen .Also Mark and his team that removed old kitchen and completed electrical work and plastering etc

Had a media wall fitted which included an electric fire , had to assemble and fit the fire myself 🤬 , noticed a few doors out of line , let the agent know and was assured I would be contacted , appx 6 weeks later nothing , sent a reminder and was assured I would receive a call that day , that was 5 days ago , still nothing , very disappointed .

Wow!, is all I can say about the in store experience in the Wednesbury showroom, completely uninterested staff who were shocked that we decided to leave.
Asked for a price for a unit they had on display that was exactly what we had been looking for and was told to "look around the corner at at stuff that's been reduced", no idea what corner she meant either.
Anyway, onwards and upwards as the service from the showroom right next door was fabulous.

From start to finish Starplan is amazing. From the designers through to the installation team couldn't fault them.
Highly recommend them.

From when we first went in, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful especially Stephen who couldn't do enough to help us. Everything ran smoothly. Kitchen was fitted when we were told it would be. We are very pleased with our kitchen and would recommend Starplan and Stephen to anybody.

I have dealt with Starplan for many years along with my daughter. I have always been very pleased with the service and the quality/fitting of the wardrobes. However, today, Sid at the Cannock branch excelled. I have recently moved and took the wardrobes with me and two bedrooms have now gone into one. However, I was short of four matching handles. I searched everywhere to no avail and as a last resort phoned Starplan thinking I had no chance. Sid not only checked they had the handles still on supply at very little cost but said he would have them ready for ne when I went into the store. Thank you Sid and Starplan.

Really pleased with my fitted bedroom. The company was honest, helpful, and gave constructive advice throughout. Everything was completed professionally with great attention to detail. A smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. We love our bedroom!

Great job, in and out in a few hours

The service which Starplan gave was exceptional from planning the bedroom to final installation.
The salesman (Scott) was very knowledgeable and was able to design our bedroom to suit our requirements.
The installation team were very polite & professional when they came to instal the bedroom.
I would recommend Starplan and have no hesitation in using them again.
