They lie. Their product is useless. I bought it a few months ago and it is totally useless and fake.

Jag beställde 2 Starscope med mobilhållare den 25/9-22. Hade tänkt ge bort som present till fotograferande vänner. Läste tyvärr INTE recensioner från andra beställare innan jag lade beställningen. Den 22/11-22 meddelar PostNord att de kommit men jag måste betala en förtullningsavgift på 130:- då de vid införseln till EU, via Tyskland, inte förtullats, utan denna avgift förs vidare till kunden, sk transition. Gäller tydligen om beloppet överstiger 1600:- vilket det gör i mitt fall.

Jag kommer inte att lösa ut dem, de får gå tillbaka och jag har framställt ersättningsanspråk vilket troligen kommer att avvisas. En dyr lärpeng - man känner sig lurad tillsammans med många andra!
Jag hade många kontakter efteråt med Starscops kundtjänst och visst skulle man återbetala beloppet men det skulle ta extra lång tid pga att jag inte köste ut försändelsen. Till slut efter några månader slutade de svara och NÅGRA PENGAR KOM ALDRIG TILLBAKA! Tyvärr INTE seriösa.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STARSCOPE. I ordered 4 starscope 3 weeks ago and never received them. Now they say they have no order even when I sent them a screenshot. You cannot find email address or phone no. for them.This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They are cheats and liars!

Received my order of a single Starscope within 2 days of ordering it. It seems to work very efficiently. Did not receive tripod or phone attachment as advertised, but I’m happy enough with the monocular itself.

No customer service. None. Niente. Zero. Just received. Don't have any product experience. Don't know what to expect. Gift for Grandkids. Oct 24-Nov 13 2022.

Product has not been delivered. The tracking number does not work. Flimsy responses to calls, emails and texts. Trying to work with Paypal to get my money back but that too is not working. This company seems like a total scam.

On reading the revues it looks like most buyers were very disappointed I will not be placing an order.

Have waited for a month for the product. they have taken the money and no one is answering emails. Phone calls to the service center do not allow you to speak to a person. you can only leave a message.

Purchased 2 monoculars a year ago and they are very poor. In the original advert you were led to believe the phone adapter was included plus carry pouch, tripod bracket etc. All that arrived was the 2 monoculars. Contacted the company and was fobbed off. I have put it down to experience like most others who have reviewed.

Placed an order and they charged my card. 2 days later a tracking number was supplied. I tracked it for 2 weeks. They charged my card over 2 weeks before they claim that it has been processed. Reputable businesses I deal with every day never charge my card until the merchandise has been picked up by the carrier. The parcel was still never presented to the shipper. I ask for refund. Got message back they could not find my order. I'm sure it was an automated message meant to be a delay tactic. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute charges. I get another email 4 days later apologizing and saying they checked and that the order had been processed and would not be able to refund. Then they offer to give me 50% discount on other products that they have if I keep the order. Not falling for it. It's just a tactic for them to get more money for products that probably don't live up to the hype. This company does not understand the definition of ethical.

Very fishy webside that claims the scope to be better than a 4000$ cameras, seriously? Who are you trying to fool? The is only stock videos as advertisment and many no information about any workers or CEO of this business

Same experience as most others. We don’t have a record of your order even with a screenshot. No tracking number, no idea when they will find the Stars ope in their factory. Took my money and offered me 1/2 price if I didn’t cancel. I mistakenly took that deal and one month later still have no Starscope. Poorly run or just an intentional scam?

Ordered 1 scope (half price)and 1 mounting kit. They billed me for 2 scopes & 1 kit. Wouldn’t change order. Now saying they shipped and was received. Wrong!! Never received. Sorry I got scammed. BE WARE

Well I don't even want to give one star but I wasn't able to start to post my review if I didn't press a star well I have over 28 back and forth emails that are very generic I finally got my Cracker Jack box starscope monocular I can't see out of it because there's some sort of plastic thing inside the scope itself they want to give me 20% off my purchase when I ask them many times prior to I know them shipping it out after reading some more reviews that I wanted to cancel my order this is a scam being reported to the BBB I cannot believe that there are as many people going to the same thing with this fake scam starscope monocular company probably out of someone's basement and all the comebacks from the company are all the same to each and every person with a minor few differences well I'm going to throw in the trash and is they say oh 30 days money back guarantee 100% no questions asked yeah well they want if they say they get it if they decide to refund your money if it hasn't been opened used looked at anything has to be in the same package with the purchase receipt which I know I didn't get a purchase receipt I'm sure no one else did either scam scam scam I can't believe that they're even allowed to be online promoting these things

Be aware of this company ,I recently saw their advertising on YouTube and decide to make a purchase ,never ,never I expected that this page could be a scam ,they supposedly where to send me an email with my tracking #,and is been days since I haven't gotten any, I try calling their supposed customer service number with no luck ,do not buy I wish I could have seen the reviews on time ,but maybe other will stay away or report them from buying , it's been 5 days already and I still haven't gotten my package or tracking number😡🤬🤬🤬

Made an initial purchase - then a duplicate order was sent and charged to my credit card. I have attempted to contact the business three times and receive emails from bots offering a discount and deal to keep them. Called in and was asked to leave my name, order number and contact info and then the call ended said there was an entry error followed by a message saying I would receive an email. Absolutely unacceptable. Will contact credit card fraud division if I don't receive a response in 24 hours

In Canada. Scope focus not evenly turning with knob binding every half turn so cannot focus properly. Strap immediately fell apart. Tried to return but their emails not helpful as no address. Finally had to proceed via Paypal dispute. Trouble was they gave address but delivery uncertain and would eventually get refund when provided to company proof of delivery. But they have no phone number that they could provide. Canadian Customs declaration requires phone number on the form. So no return possible. Paypal refunded in my favor with proper documentation and emails between starscope and myself. This company should not be selling Starscope to Canada and poor product. 30 day money back Guarantee is useless and customer would have to pay return shipping despite faulty product.
