StarSpot Signings Avis 30

I pre-paid for a product almost a year ago, but it still hasn't been delivered. The company keeps shifting the blame to the courier service, which is not the issue. I bought the product from StarSpot, so they are responsible for delivery and updates, not the courier.

I also ordered a cheaper item initially, then noticed the exclusive version became available. After spending more money on the exclusive, I asked for a refund for the original item. Instead, they offered me a partial refund, saying I had to either keep both items or forfeit most of my payment.

Overall, poor customer service and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

Was a dream piece to add to the collection and I was glad StarSpot secured the signing.

Overall a nice and positive experience, arrived perfectly to Spain!

I ordered an autographed Funko pop and it shipped out pretty much instantly and arrived safe and sound with no issues. Will definitely be doing more business with starspot signings in the future.

I’ve been working on this poster for a while and never done a send-in outside the UK before so was a bit hesitant, but after speaking to starspot, I decided to send it in to be signed by Carice Van Houten..

The initial order was easy on their website, they were very good with communication throughout and helpful with getting my poster to them smoothly (it was stopped in customs and charged import tax when it arrived in the USA which they sorted for me on their end)

Once the signing was completed, I was emailed to let me know and it would be posted back within a week or so and with a tracking number..
they posted it back swiftly and kept me in the loop via email with all the USPS logistics until it made it back to me today

They posted it back well packaged and included the jsa certificate

A very good experience and very reassuring throughout, if you are looking to use them to get any items signed or sending your items in, they are fantastic!
They will help you with any queries along the way and will ensure it’s a stress free experience!

I would 100% use them again for signings now I have done my first overseas signing 🙌 Thanks a lot! Highly recommended!

Unwilling to deliver a paid for item, will try their best to take as much money from you and then tell you it’s your problem when you never receive the package. Would not recommend.

I have been very happy with Starspot, as an autographed action figure collector I am beyond thrilled that they offer the figures I need for each guest so save me from having to pay crazy postage to get them to the US from Australia. The figures I have had signed all came back looking amazing, great signatures, mint condition figures, I have been thrilled beyond words to add them to my collection and look forward to getting more!

I pre-ordered signed Funko pops for Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter. It was my first experience ordering signed Funko pops. The process was easy and Star Spot always kept me updated for when the signings would be conducted, completed, and shipped. I reached out to customer service a couple of times with questions and they were always quick to answer and very helpful. I’ll definitely be ordering more through Star Spot.
