Excellent Mortgage Advice for Expats - Professional, Patient & Reliable Service
We had an excellent experience with Patrick and the team at Zelf Hypotheek Afsluiten throughout our mortgage journey.
As expats and first-time buyers in the Netherlands, we had many questions, but Patrick was always patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The communication was excellent, and we felt well supported throughout the entire process.

Zelfhypotheek afsluiten, doe het niet hier
De opdracht tot dienstverlening is intransparant en blijkt uitsluitend het aanvragen van 1 renteaanbod te omvatten.Wanneer de klant hiermee niet akkoord gaat blijkt dat voor elke kredietverstrekker andere nog meer intransparante tarieven van toepassing te zijn. Deze tarieven zijn torenhoog en staan in geen verhouding tot de geleverde diensten. Wenst de klant niet in te gaan op dit aanbod en deze tarieven dan is sprake van het annuleren van de aanvraag waarna conform de onredelijk bezwarendeAlgemene Voorwaarden annuleringakosten ( € 250) verschuldigd zijn. Pas na een beroep op het herroepingsrecht ontving ik uiteindelijk een credit factuur. De zorgplicht om ook de belangen van de klant te behartigen wordt bij deze financiele tussenpersoon geheel ondergeschikt gemaakt aan het verdienmodel. Zoek je een goede tussenpersoon voor het afsluiten van een execution only hypotheek, mijd zelfhypotheek afsluiten.
