Starter Music Avis 

I pre ordered the new piano syllabus pieces which were received on 7 June. When I went through the books, I discovered that the grade 7 pages were creased.
I immediately sent an email to the sales department, and even up loaded photographs, but I'm still waiting for a reply 10 days later.
This really isn't very good customer care.

Very bad customer service! I never received my books I have preordered 2 months ago and nobody responds to my emails over week and ever since confirmation. No books, no money, no replies to my emails.

Did exactly what they said they would do, and a great price for the music. Grade 5 piano bundle ordered on 10th Dec, order page claimed delivery would be by 17th Dec, and actually arrived on the 16th. All good.

I ordered 3 books of ABRSM grade 5 on the 15th of November, it is 24th of November now and haven't heard anything from them, I sent two emails, but received no replies and nor emails of the order.

Very impressed with the service from Starter Music. I had not heard of them before but the positive reviews encouraged me to order from them. Sheet music was competitively priced, free postage and arrived promptly. With a little pack of post-it notes as a bonus. I would definitely consider using them again in the future

Pricing is decent, definitely fast service and delivery!!

Ordered the ABRSM 2024 Grade 8 theory bundle. The price was the best and the books were well packaged and sent the same day.
You can't get better than that!
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I bought a series of seven books of ABRSM piano repertoire. They were all despatched on Monday and arrived on Wednesday by mail in perfect condition. Also, there's a startermusic postit in my package. Great price, great delivery, great service.

After Music Room shop closed down, I struggled to get music books. I ordered one from Starter music and I wasn't disappointed. It arrived sooner than I expected, free delivery and regular updates on delivery. Thank you, will use again

I have received the items from my order on time.
However, I realized I had ordered the wrong grade-books (all the different grades have the same frontpage, essentially).
I kindly emailed them twice, asking if I could have posted the wrong books back to them at my own expenses, and be shipped the correct ones instead (specifying "if the returned ones were arriving back in the same conditions").
I did not even requested the price difference back.
No reply was given to date.
Now, I will have to buy the correct books somewhere else, and of course I will not shop from them again in the future.
I would be happy to modify my feedback if they were to allow the return before I buy the books from someone else, but at this point I doubt there will be any additional communication.
