I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wishing to arrange a safe and enjoyable holiday to enjoy the sights, smells, and tastes of India. Special thanks to manager Rishi and captain (driver) Jigar both are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I did 5 day Swiz Alpine tour with my family and it was a great experience and value for money.
The Tour Manager Divash Joshi was a lovely person and very well organised to make us exploring all the locations . Last but not the least the coach Drivers Nasir and other were a great drivers giving us the comfortable experience aswell.

I travelled to Paris for the 4 days Disney special tour.Our tour manager Milin Gandhi and the coach driver Gavin were excellent. Both of them were extremely friendly and understanding. Everything was perfect, except for the stay in the hotel. The hotel was horrible, plates were broken and chipped every single day, hotel staff was absolutely unfriendly. Breakfast was all scattered around,we had to search for the items, no staff to assist.The housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door and just opened the door although we were in the room changing early in the morning .I am surprised Star tours chose such a hotel where everything was rubbish.

Our 6-day tour with Star Tours by British Airways (BA 568 to Milan – LIN Airport), from 1st April to 6th April 2026, was truly a memorable and enriching experience. Despite the short duration, the itinerary was thoughtfully planned and allowed us to explore a wide range of beautiful destinations in a compact yet comfortable way.

A special mention goes to our wonderful tour managers, Lugvi and Stephen Fernandes, whose dedication and warmth made this journey exceptional. Stephen, in particular, is an amazing guide—informative, caring, knowledgeable, responsible, and incredibly attentive. His constant alertness and protective nature ensured that we always felt safe and well taken care of while enjoying every moment of the trip.

What stood out most was his effort to prepare us in advance. Before visiting each destination, he would clearly brief us according to the itinerary, helping us understand what to expect and making the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.

During meals—whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner—Stephen ensured that everyone was comfortable and had their needs met. He coordinated seamlessly with the caterers and was always observant and responsive, making sure no one was overlooked. His genuine care made us feel less like tourists and more like his own family members.

He also showed great attention toward the children in the group, guiding and caring for them with patience and kindness, which was deeply appreciated.

Stephen Fernandes is truly an asset to Star Tours, and his passion for his work shines through in everything he does. We feel grateful to have had him as our guide and would absolutely look forward to traveling with him again in the future.

We recently returned from the Charms of Europe tour covering Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, and Belgium, and would like to share our wonderful experience.

Our driver, Gavin, also deserves a special mention—he was professional, punctual, and made the long journeys feel smooth and safe. We felt in very good hands throughout the trip.
The itinerary was fantastic, with the absolute highlight being the breathtaking trip to Mount Pilatus in Switzerland—the views were unforgettable! I was also very impressed with the accommodation; we stayed in truly luxurious hotels that provided a great level of comfort after a day of sightseeing.

I recently returned from the 5-day Charms of Europe coach holiday and wanted to share what a truly enjoyable experience it was from start to finish.

The itinerary was well planned, offering a perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation, allowing us to take in some beautiful European destinations without feeling too rushed. Each stop had its own charm, and the overall organisation made the trip smooth and stress-free.

A special mention must go to our fantastic tour manager, Ananth, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out. He kept everything running seamlessly, provided clear information throughout, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and included.

Equally deserving of praise is our coach driver, Gavin (from coach company Meadway), whose driving skills were excellent. We always felt safe on the road, and his friendly and approachable manner added to the positive atmosphere of the trip.

The coach itself was comfortable, journeys were well-paced, and the overall group was lovely. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making this holiday enjoyable for everyone.

We had visited Devon and Cornwall trip recently. I would like to appreciate Karan Dewani the way he handle our tour. It was planned and organised. My parents also enjoyed the trip which is their first time in UK. Looking forward for upcoming trips.

Overall, the three days were thoroughly enjoyable and well spent.

Karan was very good coordinator, he was clear on briefing schedule each day and timings. He was helping us to additional booking for trip and was very friendly during trip, which is very important when we are traveling with family

We recently concluded a breathtaking 9-day tour across France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. It was a whirlwind experience, but the organization was seamless, allowing us to soak in the best of Europe in a short amount of time.
​The Team:
A huge part of what made this trip so special was the exceptional crew. Our Tour Manager, Aarish, was fantastic—his deep knowledge of each destination and his helpful, "can-do" attitude kept the group motivated and informed. He truly went out of his way to ensure everyone was comfortable. Our Coach Pilot, Lica, was equally impressive. Navigating a large coach across international borders requires immense skill, and Lica’s experience was evident. We felt completely safe and relaxed throughout the entire journey.
​Accommodations & Dining:
The hotels selected were awesome—well-located, clean, and comfortable after long days of sightseeing. As for the food, it exceeded our expectations! We were particularly grateful for the delicious Indian food provided; it was a wonderful "taste of home" that gave us the energy we needed for our daily adventures.
​The Highlight:
While every stop was unique, Mt. Titlis in Switzerland was our absolute favorite. The views were spectacular and it was a memory we will cherish forever.

We went to cornwall tour. Amazing guide Karan planned it well. He would give precious intructions on time and was very jovial. He kept the people engaged in activities during the trip. Hotel was nice and bis was great.

We recently went on the Swiss Alpine Tour with Star Tours, and we absolutely loved the experience! The destinations were beautiful, well-planned, and truly breathtaking. Every place we visited was amazing, but Glacier 3000 was definitely one of the highlights — such a fun and joyful place, especially with the exciting activities and the lovely DDLJ connection, which made it even more special for us.

A big thank you to our coach captains, Nasir bhai and Sikandar bhai, who made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Their careful driving and warm nature made all the difference during the long travel hours.

Special appreciation to our tour manager, Divash Joshi, who was incredibly skilled, well-organized, and excellent at managing people. His friendly personality, great coordination, and especially his knowledge of Bollywood added so much fun to our Swiss trip — he truly turned it into a “Bollywood Mania” experience! 😊

Yes, the journey can be a little tiring at times, but it is absolutely worth it for the stunning scenery, picture-perfect views, and unforgettable moments. The beautiful landscapes and fresh mountain air truly heal your heart and refresh your soul.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to make things a bit easier for families with young children — it would be very helpful if strollers could be allowed during some of the tour walks.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would love to travel again with Star Tours. We would be especially happy to have Divash Joshi as our tour manager again, along with Nasir bhai and Sikandar bhai as our coach captains.
