Need to improve communications to customer. Moving is stressful enough without knowing when they will pickup or deliver. Very little follow up back to customer once Justin has you initial credit card fee.
The only good thing I can say is when all else fails call customer service and ask for Alex. He was the most helpful and should be in charge of all. Communications to customers. Very helpful,when no one else seemed to care .
Alex ,,, I genuinely thank you for all your help at the end of this nightmare.
