I want to cancel my subscription. I have emailed asking for this and tried to go through the website. Awful customer service.

I'm always delighted when I get my…
I'm always delighted when I get my scrunchies. They're well made, in a wide assortment of colours, and use plenty of fabric so they can be an accessory in their own right. I have almost a dozen of them now and I enjoy the surprise of my 3 scrunchie mystery box every four months. Keep up the good work!

Love these, such a clever idea. I bought both my daughters one each plus the drink spiking coverage. They both attend a lot of festivals and my daughter has had her drink spiked before. I bought a scrunching for myself too. They are well made and lovely material.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money! Had to pay extra for the drink cover and the extra free scrunchie was a rubbish Christmas one with a terrible tablecloth design. I won’t be buying again.

Hi Tammy, I have had a look into this and it appears Royal Mail lost your order but don't worry we have already resolved this and had a replacement dispatched. I see you left this review a good few days ago however you only contacted our customer service team yesterday which is why we were not aware of this sooner.
