Could do better!
Wasn't made very clear that I was only getting a drinks cover, no scrunchie. Other scrunchies smaller than expected. Being an older disabled customer, I felt that customer service were quite blunt and ignored my polite request if they would send the scrunchie to go with drinks cover as a good will gesture, no acknowledgement as of yet!

I ordered this because of course we need more safe less chemicals pads but the heavy flow is not for heavy flow at all. Pads too thin for heavy flow. Now I have a whole pack but can’t use it!!!

We are sorry to hear they weren't suited for you. I completely understand your frustration but I just wanted to let you know our thought process behind it. Our heavy flow pads absorb up to 100ml which is actually over the industry standard for heavy flow pads. They unfortunately aren't going to be suitable for everyone and if we make them any thicker some people find them too thick so we went with a more balanced approach. We appreciate the feedback and may look to release a super heavy flow pad in the future but again completely understand your frustration. We will also email you with a follow up so we can sort something out.

Brilliant customer service & love my Pad boxes
I wanted to change my Pad box from regular flow to 'heavy flow' for the double winged pads. Friendly customer service, quick response and very happy to help. It's amazing that a pad box is sent automatically every 4 weeks (no last-minute rushing to the shop) and can also be cancelled anytime. A subscription that is actually needed! The pads are great quality, the box is so cool and also discreet which makes it even better. It makes that time of month feel a little less stressful :)

Missing order and no response to emails
Sent order on August 14th and payment shows on my bank statement for August 15th. Have trying tracking the parcel but PO say not received yet. Have emailed twice and no response. An update and explanation would be appreciated.

Bought both my daughters a Sc
Bought both my daughters a Stashyscrunchie for their holiday in July. Both loved them as they could put their room key and a couple of euro notes in and then go into the water wearing them in their hair without worrying about their valuables. The drinks cover was also great when that went clubbing and provided peace of mind against spiking of drinks. Many Thanks

Great personal safety products
This is a collection of innovative ideas designed to aid personal safety. The products are well made and desirable, but more colours needed. I would have given a 5*, but the packaging said what was in the parcel, and I had intended them to be christmas gifts. Therefore the game was up.

Going off to uni safer
The stash scrunchies is a wonderful ingenious idea, but what I truly love are the drinks covers - my daughter is just going to uni so I brought her one. She loves it too, so I've just ordered her another one and her 2 best friends one each to keep them all safe. There is enough things for me to worry about when my daughter goes to uni, knowing that she is safer when she goes out helps relieve some stress, so thank you so so much!

I’m really happy with my purchases. I ordered a bundle and was happy with the colours I received. The scrunchies are of a decent quality and the zip is genius. I haven’t had a chance to try the drinks cover yet but it’s a great item to have on hand!
