DPD let you down by throwing the files up the path rather than putting them in our parcel box. This resulted in the corners of the files being dented and bent, despite the bubble wrap.

Return process :(
The product was lovely, but I changed my mind and decided to return it. I emailed for a return address and took it to the post office, in the box it was sent to me in. I was then told that the box was too big and that it would cost me £30 to return the items, which is more than what I paid for them in the first place! I’m not usually bothered about paying for returns, but sending me items in a box that is too big to be sent back is a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

Caddies are lovely and the pastel colours are great for the classroom. The service was fantastic and the website was very easy to navigate. Please add more pastel coloured classroom furniture such as plastic tier trays.
