stats.fm Avis 

This app is so poop. I’ve had it for years, with the subscription, and it still refuses to work. it doesn’t take my files and it just doesn’t let me check my recent stats like my top artists/albums etc. poop

I purchased the subscription a few years back because I loved the app, and I'm cancelling it now. After years of the app not logging my streams accurately (days of data constantly missing, sometimes only one or two songs from the whole day being shown), even after re-exporting my data, I don't bother anymore. Even my free experience on last.fm is more accurate.

Terrible app designed to bleed money from gullible idiots like me.

When I first downloaded the app, it was really good and useful, but now the app sucks, at least in my phone it doesn't work, I paid like 3 usd for the lifetime version when it first released, so I don't mind
The website works perfectly if you just want to see the stats, but if you have spotify premium it might not take the songs you listened offline

It's a great app, I really like it. It's genuinely worth the 15 euro that it costs.

Ich bin mit diesen Laden ein für alle mal fertig, nichts geht, die Statistiken sind hinten von vorne einfach falsch, die fast kaum automatisch aktualisiert werden. Offline Songs werden ebenso nicht gezählt, obwohl ja nur, soweit ich das von den Entwicklern weiß, nur 50 Offline Songs in die Statistiken reingepackt werden, wegen der Spotify Begrenzung. Aber ich habe unter 50 Liedern gehört und es werden die Songs trotzdem nicht gezählt, früher ging das noch. Es ist einfach ein Müll was hier produziert wird. Konto ist für mich gelöscht und ich schaue mir ENDGÜLTIG nach anderen Alternativen, stats.fm funktioniert immer noch nicht, egal wie viele Accounts man sich macht. Außerdem hatte diese App auch eine Datenpanne / leak.

This app is pure garbage

My artist stats are outdated. I paid for the lifetime subscription, reported an issue, and didn't get any answer. Looks like a wante of money.

When I paid for a premium "plus" statsfm promised it was for "lifetime" but without any anouncement they updated statsfm on August 12th, throwing out everyone who has android 14 or lower.
A total disrespect for their users and their premiummembers.
We can not even find the app in the googleplay store anymore. I advice everyone to ignore statsfm from now if you dont have the app yet and those who do: I am preparing a massclaim for all those effected by this update

Stats FM does not record anything from Spotify. What kind of paid service is this? I'm about to cancel both Spotify and stats FM . Paying for a service that doesn't work makes no sense. Get it together 👍

If you want an app for Apple Music statistics stats.fm is not for you. The Apple Music version is getting worse by every month. Importing (when it worked) is buggy and not reliable, same goes for synced streams but there's an even bigger issue because it's even more unreliable, it counts skipped tracks as fully listened to and often there are problems that synced streams don't even work. Overall the app is laggy and recently I am getting logged out of my account while looking at leaderboards. Also it's worth mentioning that if you get logged out and try to log in with Apple Music it will create a new account instead of logging you into your old one

I bought the premium version. Turns out it's just as good as the normal version. Almost nothing updates correctly, when it does update whenever it decides to it's very inaccurate and incorrect. I do not recommend wasting money on this useless feature.

The website: You can't really do anything on it? I can't read my friend requests, I can only see my stats. I know that's essentially what the stats.fm is for, but it just makes the website borderline unnecessary.

The app: BEGS you to get Premium every 5 seconds. It's actually insufferable! Every time you click a new page, It asks you if you want premium (which, BTW, I don't.) The app itself is honestly cluttered with stuff. It's not smooth to be on at all. Your own profile is pretty okay but once you get to the other stuff it just bombards you with... stuff. Just stuff you won't care about.

The stats itself: Pretty weird. A lot of times it'll say a song I'll listen to once is on my top 50 bcuz I didn't listen to too many songs that day. But at least its not last.fm (aka the devil of stats websites).

Yes it takes some effort, yes it's safe and yes it's worth it... Good app, some crashes and downtime, but they fix it quite fast. Don't worry about safety, because you're just connecting to the API of Spotify, they don't access your account.

Requires too much write access to your spotify account, I'm not saying stats fm itself is a bad entity. but think of what might happend if they face a cyber attack! Your spotify account might turn into a joke!
