We’re starting to think more in terms of long-term guest value, repeat stays, and direct bookings instead of just one-off reservations.

Setup was easy, everything works as expected, and it’s one of those tools that quietly adds a lot of value in the background.

So far, we’ve been impressed with the guest data we’ve been able to access. We plan to use this data to reach out to good guests for possible repeat business. I do feel like more support is needed for the marketing features of StayFi.
