I have stayed with this company several times over the years in different properties around Marbella, and once again the experience was absolutely flawless. This time I stayed at RDR358, a modern studio apartment with stunning sea views right in the center of Marbella.
What truly sets this company apart is their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Communication is always incredibly fast, clear, and friendly. From the very beginning, they make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming.
I would especially like to mention Francisca and María from the customer service team, who were absolutely exceptional throughout my stay. They were always attentive, professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find people so dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience.
The check-in instructions are probably the most detailed and well-organized I have ever received from any accommodation provider. Everything is explained step by step, making arrival extremely easy, even for first-time visitors to Marbella.
The properties are always spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. You can clearly see the level of care, experience, and attention to detail that goes into managing every stay.
After trying several rental agencies in Marbella over the years, I can confidently say that they are the best rental and property management company in Marbella. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. I will definitely continue booking with them every time I return!
