Great community amenities
Great community amenities. Beautiful pool, common areas, social activities, gym, work rooms, clubhouse, dog run area. Well laid out apartments. No shared walls or people above you. All single level walk in. Perfect for families, or anyone who needs a quiet space. Wonderfully quiet. Fenced yard was great for kids and dog too. Very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Stay Sojo a good place to Stay
It was a straightforward process to sign the agreement, do the check-in, and check out. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The support of the customer service team was excellent. The complex looks very secure.

SOJO’s the way to GO
The apartment was cozy. Parking is covered and convenient. The responsiveness from maintenance is the best I’ve ever experienced. The occasional emails checking in to see if there is anything I needed was a special touch. Professional, courteous staff.

Comfortable, clean, super efficient and dog friendly…
Semi-emergency accommodation required at short (ish) notice, all done with pretty much minimum fuss.
Apartment was clean, excellently equipped, in a great development and welcomed my dog also.
Hard to find fault (just perhaps the Roku TV system is not very good, but I am not that much of a TV watcher so not a big issue).
Overall a great experience

Room was comfortable
Room was comfortable. Check in and check in instructions were not accurate. It would be nice to have access with to a portal to communicate. The motif itself was not a very well kept/ maintained building with security lacking.

Universal Apartment Stay
I found the apartment very clean, well stocked with household items that made my stay very comfortable.
Something worth noting, I did kill quite a few bugs within the bathroom as well as very small pests on the kitchen countertops. I may suggest taking a look at the two chairs on the patio, very soiled so I didn't use and the floor needs a good scrubbing. I did move the couch and found a large used bandage and uncrustable sandwich wrapper. I did find when the person above me used the shower or bath late at night the noise (like popcorn popping) was a bit annoying. The same room above me seemed to always be moving furniture but that's just part of an apartment I guess. I was right next to a service room and could also hear an ongoing beeping sound from this room during most of my stay. I felt the parking spots are way too close to one another which causes dings on the car. I did find the gate a challenge some evenings or at some points one side left open. Not sure if this gate really serves much of a purpose as people would drive in behind me. Overall I enjoyed my stay and hope my points are taken as helpful. Kind regards, Jeff

Your sharing of this information about various noises that are audible from within the apartment helps us determine which locations are less desirable than others. The patio chairs will certainly be replaced and I am sorry to learn that was not done prior to your stay. Our operations team will be reminded of the importance cleaning every part of the apartment thoroughly and checking beneath all furniture for any items that should be discarded.
The property access and parking spaces are slightly outside of our control, unfortunately, though it is helpful to know of the challenges you and others face. It is regrettable when drivers behind you do not obey the rules and that is something rather hard to enforce.
We absolutely thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us to help improve the experience for future guests and we hope you will consider Stay Sojo if the need arises. Your points were all well taken and very much appreciated.
