Although the matter was not resolved immediately, I appreciate that it was properly investigated, clearly explained, and resolved professionally in the end.

Finally a loan company that really understands their customers expectations and needs, I had an issue recently where I received an unexpected charge but after reaching out to Daniel who explained Im great detail how the subscription charges worked I now understand to pay back in full my loan to avoid any unnecessary charges. Been waiting for two days for the loan…
Had a problem with getting my loan paid into the bank. The customer service was top class and they managed to get it sorted within a few days. Can't fault them and we got there in the end. Thank you steadypay
