Quick delivery and my hat looks great!

The design is an iron-on image, not a patch and it's pretty small. I didn't pick up on either issue when I looked at the picture online. If I had, I would not have purchased the hat.

I ordered a cap and the logo is a cheap iron-on and it was a gift and I am too embarrassed to give him this crap hat, so I clicked on "request a return" and they sent an email saying they are "reviewing my request". That was over a week ago and I've sent 2 more emails with absolutely no response. DO NOT buy from them.

I ordered this hat for my husband and really liked it! I would have given it five stars if the patch area was embroidered. I am concerned it is not going to wear well but love the design!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a tshirt and tumbler cup from them. According to the company both were shipped out together. I received a flat envelope with the tshirt in it. The tumbler cup was definitely not in the package. I’ve written numerous emails to their customer service dept and get NO response whatsoever. There is no phone number to call either.

Usually when the Dead licenses out there stuff it's to operations that don't sell you a cheap product. This $30 hat should go for 15. I don't know about the shirts and other stuff, but if the hat is any indication, I'd hesitate. I wanted to give as a nice gift, but I'll keep for myself. I think the shop has really cool products, just overpriced.

I love that New York Yankees stealie design. The only thing I would correct would be rotating the bat on Yankees logo not to obscure the eye on the skull.

Ordered a stealie/Red Sox cap online. The cap was ok, but the emblem was a quarter sized vinyl iron on that looks cheap as heck. Won’t wear this cheap-azz piece of low quality junk.

what a piece of garbage! IRON ON VINYL TRANSFERS. I called to complain, but their phone number isn't working, such bullshit. Wasted 31 dollars! Shirt going in the garbage! I will try and warn others!

The ONLY thing off is the color of the orange. It is more Golden Yellow than Orange. Virginia Tech colors are Orange and Maroon; specifically Chicago Maroon and Burnt Orange.
It looks like the Wahington Commanders colors. Not sure what you can do about this, but I would change the color to burnt orange. Virginia Tech has a ton of Alumni that I'm sure would purchase this item with correct colors.

I’ve purchased twice from Matt now - great shirts and great customer service. Where else are you going to find Grateful Dead apparel mixed with Creighton Bluejays? Matt is the owner and great to work with. Order the dancing bear Creighton shirt and his team accidentally sent the Creighton Stealie shirt. Matt made it right immediately by sending me the bear shirt and having me keep the stealie shirt. Customer service done right. Shirts are a great quality as well.
