I was interested in purchasing a Steamer and Steamericas had a few options that caught my eye.

In early 2025 I spoke with David and he was informative and helpful in putting together a package and quote that would fit my auto detailing needs and budget. I got busy over the summer and as soon as things slowed down I called up David and told him I was ready to purchase the XdM.

Every part of the process was flawless and before I even got a chance to buy my diesel fuel container my steamer had arrived.

I did my first auto detail yesterday (a late fathers day gift for my step-dad) and we were both very impressed at how fun and efficient the XdM is to work with. David even replied to my text messages on Sunday when I had some questions about the boot up sequence.

I've had an amazing experience with Steamericas. I spent a considerable amount of time researching the best options to introduce steam cleaning into our service offerings for our 10-employee car detailing business. The Optima XD came out on top from my own independent research, but what sealed the deal for me was the incredible care and support that David provided as I asked question after question, spanning many weeks, until I received my first XD. Sean jumped in to help answer questions when David was on vacation, which just shows how well the team supports new customers in general get familiar with the product.

There is also an active online community of Optima users on Facebook which has given a lot of confidence in people around the world using the machines successfully for decades.

If it wasn't for the stellar support team - I can't say for certain if I would have got the product... but I know for a fact that my timeline to purchase and get going was expediated by months simply because of how responsive and knowledgeable David & Sean are about the product in general.

Our goal is to have 5 of XDs running in our business by Q1 of 2027. I feel very confident in achieving that based on the service and experience we've received so far.

The steamer works great! Puts out a lot of steam for using basically no water. Obviously the longer your steam line the more water buildup will occur at the end. I use it for decal removal and it takes the vinyl right off without leaving glue behind. (definitely depending on the decal) But for the most part no glue!

I use the Optima DX steamer for my auto detail business here in Aspen, and it's been a game changer. This machine is powerful enough to work even in 20-degree weather, and the results are top-notch. Plus, David customer support from Optima’s staff is outstanding—they’re always helpful and responsive. I couldn't recommend it more!

The optima steamer techs were extremely helpful when it counted most. Even went out there way to make a video demonstrating matching fitting I was having trouble with. My machine has worked for over 10 years and I’ve never had to contact them over mechanical issues. I called for more accessories 10 years later!

The steamericas Team has been wonderful. Sean, has taken the time to educate and lead me in the right direction every step of the way. I never felt rushed or as if any inquiries were bothersome. The optima steamer is a workhorse and will be one of the tools I use most in my detailing business. I’ve owned lots of steamers in my career and nothing even comes remotely close to the power and versatility the optima has while at the same time reducing chemical and water usage. It’s a win win I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Everyone was super helpful and nice to work with. The Optima SEII is a game changer in Food manufacturing when pared up with the Pneumatic Belt cleaning tool its uses very littel water and saves so much labor of long belts!
