We started planning our business on the premise that we will be dealing with a wide range of clients, each with different aspirations, experience and needs. We needed to create a flexible agency capable of meeting those requirements, an agency that offered a professional yet friendly service, one that offered value for money in a transparent way, to help our clients to sell or let their properties. Having worked within local and regional estate agencies for many years, we have seen how estate agency can be done well and sadly, how it can be done poorly. Starting with a blank sheet of paper, we were able to take all that was good about traditional estate agency, leaving behind the bad stuff, and combine it with all that the latest technology has to offer, the speed, connectivity and efficiency. We have become the No.1 Estate Agent in our local area, regularly topping the charts across all of Rightmove's metrics. There is no doubt that some aspects estate agency are changing. You may have heard a lot of terms such as bespoke, boutique, hybrid or online agents. The fundamentals remain. An estate agent needs to match sellers with buyers, landlords with tenants, marketing the property in the most effective way possible. The way that happens is where the shake up has occurred. The rise of the online agents, according to some, rang the death knell for the traditional High Street agent. In truth that has not happened, and that is why, we took the decision to buck the trend and open up on the High Street. To offer our clients a private, professional and calm space to discuss matters affecting their largest asset or certainly one of their largest financial commitments. And while our plans move forward, we will be busy laying the foundations of our agency, with our online offering. We have created a clear fee structure, uncommon in this industry, so our clients know exactly what they are paying for and to cater for the differing needs of all of the clients out there. A very satisfied customer
I recently sold my mother’s house, where she had lived for over 60 years. Three estate agents all suggested a similar asking price for the house, and I decided to sell through Stephanie Macnab. Available data indicated that Stephanie had sold more houses than other local agents in 2022 and this was confirmed in my eyes by the number of her ‘sold’ boards in the road. However, what really convinced me to go with Stephanie was her personality. She was a bundle of energy and efficiency and clearly passionate about her job. She came across as sincere and knowledgeable and I felt sure that she would get me the best deal.
Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Three days after putting the house on the market, 14 potential buyers viewed the house and I received offers from 7 of the 14. The offer I accepted was 11% above the asking price. Debbie was my point of contact and she kept me up to date throughout with feedback and offers from prospective buyers. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

professional and efficient service
Stephanie was well prepared and knowledgeable at our valuation. Very professional photographs were taken on a date convenient to us and the house was on the market two days later with an open house planned for that weekend. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and efficient. Offer accepted and solicitors have been instructed just 8 days after photographs were taken!

Excellent Estate Agents
I have had some bad experiences with estate agents in the past but I can highly recommend Stephanie Macnab estate agents in Formby . They are professional , helpful and get the job done. They sold my house within a few days of being on the market , videos and photos also very professionally done.
I would like to say Debbie was fantastic , she phoned weekly with updates and she was very professional and her customer service was outstanding.
